The staff allowed a homeless woman to rant inside the restaurant for almost an hour before police arrived. The food is expensive and most cooked poorly. Either too rare or over done.

Due to traffic delays, our party of 5 arrived within 45 minutes of closing on a Thursday evening. The staff seated us immediately and were very gracious. The salad bar was still fully stocked, and the servers started bringing all the cuts of meats that you would normally see. There was no shortage, even though they would be closing soon. We left stuffed and we were very satisfied. The only knock I would have is we were not aware that they no longer offered a free dessert for birthdays. Nonetheless, we ordered the chocolate mousse cake to go and my wife really enjoyed her birthday meal. We would definitely visit again in the future.

It was okay. Many of the dishes were not that great. The filet was way past well done, the mojito were bland with no kick, and the crème brule was also bland. The sides were just okay.

It was very disappointing as the meat servers barely came to our table. I had to ask our server to send them to our table. The red/green cards meant nothing. There were kids running around the restaurant playing hide and go seek. I mean seriously? $50+ a plate and it was like a playground with no meat that they brag about. The rare meat were over more like well done and the bacon on the wrap filets was so salty it was almost inedible. I’ve been here many times and this was the absolute worst experience. Our server even said to us that she had no idea we were her table because I had to ask after waiting awhile if we could go to the buffet. Only to have my stepson and husband’s plates empty while waiting for the meat service. So disappointing and not worth the drive or the money.

It was all delicious. My only problem is the food was too salty. Easy fix, the chef needs to taste the food, but if he is a smoker, have someone else test.

We enjoyed our dinner at the Texas de Brazil restaurant located at the Mayfair Shopping Center in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The manager of the restaurant started things off exceptionally well in actually stepping outside and assisting my aged father into the restaurant. We were offered a choice of dining tables during a busy time- again, much appreciated. Our server explained how to go about the buffet and procedures for requesting meat when ready. She visited the table every ten minutes, or so, just to make certain we were in good hands. We were. The buffet was a fine dinner in and of itself- fresh, hot/ cold and oh so good; salads, cheeses, salmon, shrimp and lobster bisque soup. Wonderful. The meats were good- perhaps a prepared a little more than my personal preference but we all (four hungry grown men) enjoyed thoroughly.
