I visited your restaurant with my family on 12/24/24 and 1/1/25. On both occasions, we were seated next to other occupied tables despite there being plenty of available seating in the rest of the restaurant. A four-person table becomes quite cramped with four dinner plates, plantains, mashed potatoes, and fries, and it's even more uncomfortable when nestled between two other occupied tables. I understand if the restaurant were full, but on January 1st, we were seated at 12:45 PM after the lunch rush, and the restaurant was fairly empty. The same issue occurred on December 24, although I did ask to be moved to a less crowded section. On January 1st, I did not make this request. As a former hostess from a high-end restaurant in NC, I believe the hostesses at your restaurant could benefit from some coaching to improve guest seating arrangements.

Wonderful experience with very attentive waitstaff. Had a romantic New Year’s Eve dinner and everything was perfect. Food is amazing and looking forward to coming back here again.

Good, been better. Salad bar was super fresh as always. Lobster bisque was cold. Meats were good, but lacked seasoning on a couple of meats. Still very good though

Took my family for lunch- we’d been there before and expected a similar experience. It was okay but not great. I asked for well done servings several times but was only approached 2 times during the time we were there. Everyone else at the table had at least 8-10 opportunities to be served, I was only asked twice. I also ordered lemonade and was not offered a refill during the entire time during our meal. Is asked one server and was told someone one be at my table but no one came. I had to take some of my son’s water to finish off my food. Service was mediocre and I am not sure we will visit again. On the other hand, the salad bar was exceptionally fresh and delicious. I feel it made up for the bad service!

After getting out drinks, we were basically ignored. We even had to chase him down for our check. Straight faced and never a smile. Yes, it was busy but he found time to lean on the wall. Very expensive for what you get. We'll not be back.

Christmas dinner was delightful! Dinner prices all day, which we expected, and a full range of carvings offered, in addition to all the delicious sides, both on the bar and additional offerings brought straight to the table. Bar drinks were good, and so were the desserts. The service was exceptional as well! This is an expensive outing, but you absolutely get what you pay for.
