This is my fourth dining experience at this location. I’ve always enjoyed myself and liked the food, but our service tonight was SO off. Our waiter was also the bartender. It was 15-20 minutes into our meal before we even got our drinks, were not checked on multiple times and then had to ask for our check after waiting 10+ minutes well after we were done eating. We could see him from our table talking with other servers and kind of shuffling things around behind the bar. Overall, just disappointing.

How to start. By far the best Brazilian style steak restaurant. That I have been too great service great options. This would be a great place to take the speacial someone in your life for any occasion. You will get your vaule in service and food, that is for sure.

The service is good and the cold bar is very nice. The variety is great, but the quality of the meat you are served is not great, it’s presented in a way that says exquisite but I’ll take quality over quantity any day. You can tell most of the meats have been heated and reheated endlessly. The taste is fine but the textures are way off for fresh meals, especially when you’re paying near $100 per person.

There were few selections and it took ages for the severs with meat to come back. Just not worth the value since they limit the amount of meat you can eat.

For the price you pay, the food is not all it’s chalked up to be. Sat us at a table that rocked constantly. Bathrooms were filthy. Not my first steakhouse buffet experience but definitely the worst. The meat selection and seasoning was fine but nowhere near what you’d expect from a “luxury” dining experience. By the time the meat was brought to our table it was almost always room temperature. Extremely crowded seating made it hard to get to the salad area. The sides were great but not great enough to justify the pricing.

Some of the meats were just okay. Many of them were cold. I had a great experience the first time, so I took my brother there for his birthday, and I was disappointed in the quality of the meats. The pork and chicken were tough and overcooked.

This is my second visit. Both times have been for reserved birthday celebrations. Both times everything has been exceptional! We will be back.
