Food was good, service was great. Disappointing when signed up for loyalty I received a $20off but when tried to use (Thursday evening) we were told they are unable to use it since we paid partial our bill with gift cards (non-promotional just regular gc) Probably won’t be back; will go somewhere else, had never heard of that rule before.

Our server was loud about my guest’s DL expiring. His bday was a few days ago we didn’t realized it had expired. Then was asking if he had a passport or military ID. Who walks around with their passport? Then the restaurant itself failed, I wrote in the notes for Happy Birthday to be sung, it was even printed on the little ticket thing that was placed on the table, they didn’t sing happy birthday. This is my fav restaurant and I was rather disappointed in the service received and how everything was handled.

Went to celebrate my husband for a belated Father’s Day and the experience was wonderful. Our server Paula was just great! Kind helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent and the dessert was just as delicious. Wait staff have much to do with the experience and Paula was excellent! Will go back soon. Thank you Paula for your service and smile.

Two tables were moved together to accommodate our party and we had to ask for an extra set of silverware and glasses more than once. Our waitress poured water for everyone except one person at our table (she didn’t run out of water, she just skipped over this person), so we had to wait for her to come back with the water. Several cuts of meat were dry and we asked for medium rare to medium. Our whole party had finished eating before our waitress ever came back to check on our drinks, of course they were all empty. For the price— the service and food could have been better and they weren’t busy. Maybe 4 other tables were sat. Definitely not my favorite TdB, so probably won’t go back.

The food and experience was outstanding. The only complaint is after we finished eating we sat for a while before out server returned with our bill. We will definitely be back! Even our 1 year old loved the food and tried a little bit of everything off our plate!

Wonderful evening! Staff were friendly and efficient. Knew the menu and assisted with selections for drinks and food. Chef customized a steak to our tables preference. Overall great experience and we will be back!
