The food was great, but the service was terrible. We have dined at many Texas De Brazil locations around the country and this location was by far the worst. We waited 10 minutes for our drink order, then we were completely done with our 1st round of salad and soup bar and our drinks (not even water) had not shown up. The servers with the meat were extremely slow to come around to the tables. We waited for drink refills and the server didn’t even remember what we were drinking and brought us the wrong thing. Great food. Horrible service. Because the service was so poor, it made it a bad experience.

It was a great experience for Valentines! A nice selection of meats to go along with the salad bar that has some very good sides!

I was amazed at the quality of the food, and my server, Ana, was pleasant and very nice. I will definitely dine here again.

My wife and I had a 5:45 reservation and were seated immediately. The server was prompt to great us and instructed us regarding the experience. The server was very busy with many tables and we wait 45 minutes for one small piece of picanha and one rib after our salad bar. The meat servers never brought what we requested three times. The manager was not receptive to our complaints. We left and went elsewhere

My Family and I enjoy coming here and eating as a family and the Constant Food that comes out is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Our server Jonathan was the Best. The meats were delicious, the side dishes were alright and the salad bar was excellent.

After driving over an hour for a birthday dinner, we had an excellent experience dining with Texas de Brazil in Jacksonville this evening. Restaurant hosts were welcoming, and management was visible ensuring everyone was enjoying their meal. The Gauchos were friendly and generous with bringing around the best cuts of meat frequently. The highlight of the night was the amazing service provided by Genesis, who went above and beyond to ensure our drinks were filled, we were receiving the meat selections we wanted, and that we were overall pleased with our meal. She truly ensured we had an exceptional and memorable experience. Genesis is an incredible asset to this location, and her hospitality ensures we will continue frequenting this Texas de Brazil location.

Made a reservation and still had a wait time. One of the managers, who was great got us seated sooner only because he checked on us at the bar which was great. Our waitress never asked if we needed another drink so we never got another one. Asked us if we wanted still water or sparking but did not tell us there was a cost to the water and brought additional bottles without asking or letting us know we could have regular water. The gauchos were good but never paid attention to our stop signs. The meats were hit or Miss on being over done. The flank steak and filet were excellent.

This was a big 50 Birthday Party dinner with our family, for my husband. The food was exceptional, service was outstanding (although one suggestion to wait a minute while we just sat down from the salad bar to ear our food before bringing the meats) but over experience was top notch!! We will be back!! Thanks You Kim Stultz
