Your meal begins with a visit to our extravagant salad area. For the main course, and our specialty, our meats are prepared the gaucho way—over an open flame with natural wood charcoal.     All-you-can-eat weekend brunch, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The full salad area and hot items will be available, along with 15 choices of meat, including cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, such as filet mignon, barbecued pork ribs, leg of lamb, Parmesan drumettes and everyone’s favorite, picanha. $69.99 per person. When purchased with a full-price meal, children 2 years and under dine complimentary, 3-5 years are $5 and 6-12 years are 50% off regular price. The salad area only option is $39.99 for all ages.

Food was on point!

You were my favorite. Every piece of meat came well done. After asking multiple servers and gaucho’s for medium rare, it was either they didn’t care, or just couldn’t get it to temp. Sausage and Ribs were the only thing to circulate regularly. We saw top sirloin once and filet twice. I think all in all we got 5 pieces of meat. Has nothing to do with price, although expensive. It has to do with the experience we have come to expect with dining in your restaurants across the country. I guess I’ll have to go to Fogo De Chao. Unfortunate…….

This last experience was disappointing. We sat near the kitchen and the servers constantly passed our table even if our cards were green and I tried getting their attention. I get everyone needs to get their fill, but we sat for a while with our salad bar items before someone finally stopped at us. When they finally did stop at our table it was always the flank steak. Not saying it was not good, but for $70 a head I wanted to try the different meats. By the time they decided to stop at our table with the different items (still many other meats passed us, in total about 5 different meats stopped at our table), everyone had almost filled themselves on the salad bar! Then a few days later I find that they over changed me almost $70! There is an automatic added charge for larger parties but there was nothing on my receipt or on the website. The server never said anything either. Good thing I looked at my bank account! Manager says it was an honest mistake but I probably will never go back here!

                                                                                                                                                                                                I was wondering how the meat runners are supposed to serve the food that they carry. We’ve been by passed multiple times, and we have to request our waitress what we want! There was also a long pause in between service. I have been to similar settings and I am not at all impressed with my personal experience with TDB. Only consolation was our attentive waitress!

                                                                                                                                                                                                This was by far the worst churrascaria experience I’ve had. We started off with three dirty knives that needed to be replaced. While that can happen, we waited about 7 minutes and had to remind our server, only to receive two more dirty knives and just one clean one. We ordered drinks, including three caipirinhas, and they were terrible! When we asked how they were made, the server said, “cachaça, sugar, lime, and lime juice.” The drinks were so tart, I’m almost certain they skipped the sugar. And why add lime juice when fresh limes are already used? How does a Brazilian steakhouse not know how to make this classic Brazilian cocktail? As for the food – it was underwhelming at best. Most items were either overcooked or undercooked and overwhelmingly salty. Every bite was more disappointing than the last.

Staff is always great and considerate (we have a really active toddler) and the food is amazing! Salad bar has so many options and the meats are cooked to perfection.
