Service was thrash had to ask for drink refills multiple times and was ignored also had to wave employee down for meats

Had overall a decent experience at Texas de Brazil. We were sat promptly, put into a small corner 2 person table, which was slightly awkward with the other table being so close. Our waitress was great, always on it before we even realized we needed refills. Salad bar was stocked and quality. My main reasoning for 3 stars was the rate the meats came out. We had a couple different meats come around 2+ times before getting to try everything. By the time we were reaching our limit we asked for the check, and immediately after they brought around the filet & bacon wrapped filet for the first time. Luckily i was able to try those right before our server came back to take our plates away and give us our check. Overall probably would visit again. Hopefully they would be more on it with their meats, considering that is the main reason people visit!

Great, if you love different types of meat. No birthday recognition, even when asked who's birthday it was upon seating. Sides are just okay. Salad bar area is very good.

I only had one complaint about the checking-in host. I attended with my three sons. She asked, and the way she asked "How old is 'the kid'?" As if he was an object, I kindly corrected her lack of manners and said "he's not 'the kid', he's 'my child'" To me, she put a tint of bad taste in my mouth on the whole restaurant

They didnt have potatoes I asked our waitress but they never put potatoes. Steak was too burn and didnt taste nothing

I've experienced this place a few times and also the location in Las Vegas. I can honestly say that when I go to the location in Vegas, I always get 110% all around satisfaction. But when this location in Fresno opened, I was really excited to experience this fine dining closer to home. After a few times, I was more than satisfied with the service and food, but this recent visit has lost all credibility to how this restaurant used to be like. For starters, when we got there, we were seated to our table and told our server would be with us shortly(30/40min). My wife had already served herself a plate and was halfway done before we even got a glass of water served for the first time and asked if we wanted drinks. The place didn't look as busy as it used to be on a Saturday night. The quality of the meats were tough and misinterpreted as to how they were cooked. I felt like their selection of meat cuts were not as much and very limited. My wife's drink of choice was a margarita which was made too sweet and unbalanced. Some of the side dishes were cold, and sauces tasted like they had been sitting for a long period of time. Water was served without ice and had to request numerous glasses of ice to compensate. The only service that was quick and accurate was when we got the check!!! I hope this review helps this restaurant really improve for the better because it's a real treat to have in this city and would hate to see it go.
