It was outstanding as usual. A little busy with lots of kids, other than that we had a very nice time celebrating our anniversary

Overall good experience. Food was great and meat servers were timely and considerate. Our main waitress Luciana wasn’t very personable but it was also the end of the night so she may have just been tired.

Great place for eating as much meat as your stomach can handle! They know how to grill and they regularly come to your table offering different types of meat.

We have a great experience at Texas de Brazil Carlsbad. Only issue was our silverware was dirty and it took about 10 minutes for a water refill. Food was impeccable 👌🏼

We have vip card for years. Tonight manager dont want to honor our vip card even though its not yet expired which kinda ruin our night. We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I just hope as a manager she dealt with it with finesse cos we checked online and its not expired so we dont get her reasoning at all. We are showing her we are logging in and showing her what it says. And it clearly says its not yet expired. The manager’s name is Pamela according to our server

The waiter with long, braided blonde hair who served us and took our order was not very friendly or welcoming. He never smiled and seemed to be annoyed to be working there, and assisting our table. The rest of the employees were very kind and helpful, though.

The food and service was above and beyond. This was our first time at this location. The only down side was a whole wall of the restaurant is open into the mall. This diminished our dinner as it felt like we were on display everyone walking by watching us eat. A solid wall would have been 100% better choice over a glass wall to the mall.

Although an enjoyable experience; I’ll just say that it seemed that more sausages, chicken and lesser expensive cuts were presented as opposed to the past when the better cuts of steak came around. Not that it was bad, just less higher quality meat than in the past.

There was a specific server that I had to extra tip.. this dude went out of his way to keep my family and myself sated with every type of meat on the dial the whole time we were there.
