Depuis presque 40 ans, le Texas Cattle Company, restaurant à la gestion familiale, est un établissement prisé des résidents locaux et sert uniquement du bœuf de premier choix et de qualité USDA, âgé de 3 ans et nourri au grain. Le Texas Cattle Company n'utilise pas de méthodes de cuisson compliquées, mais grille les steaks au-dessus des flammes df'un feu de bois naturel d'un foyer construit sur mesure à partir de bois d'oranger et de chêne de Floride. Les steaks sont tranchés et assaisonnés chaque jour afin de garantir le meilleur goût absolu.     We found this restaurant last night due to a hurricane evacuation from Clearwater Beach. It exceeded our expectations. The steaks were awesome. My husband and I both had the PetitFilet. 7 oz. I never had a petitFilet of that weight. It was accompanied by potatoes and a salad. The quality was excellent. Our waitress was Ashley, and she was awesome. The manager, Emily, came to our table to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, it was an excellent experience

    Everything on the menu is good. I love the country theme of the restaurant and the informational graphic explaining the different retail cuts. Thank you for making my 30th birthday one to remember!

    Overall it was good. The waitress forgot a couple things. On a scale of 1-10. I give it a 8 out 10.

    What can I say, we go there for all our Birthday's, Anniversary's etc, and never disappoints. The food was excellent, the service stellar and our server Will who we've had a few times over the years was the best. We'll be back for our next important date!

    My family and I went to Texas Cattle and our dinner experience was a total disaster thanks to a assistant manager (Michael) who did took it upon himself to Mock me as a Customer as took video of my video as I was leaving.. my steak was not correct on 2 attempts as my family was finished eating before I even received my food. I had to order a different meal because the kitchen could not get it correct. The way this asst manager treated my family and I we will never spend another $ with this company.

    First I have to say that I have a very sensitive palate and olfactory sense. As soon as I walked into the restaurant I could smell and almost taste a “smoke” flavor. Overpowering. The dang bang shrimp appetizer was the best part of the evening!! It was delicious! However, I was not impressed with the steak. My friend had the T bone and I had filet mignon. The way they cook their steaks, on an open fire pit, over oak and citrus wood apparently did not sit well with me or my taste buds. I found the flavor bitter and too overpowering. For almost $200 for two of us to dine, it was not worth it in my opinion. Doubtful I’ll be back.
