Le Texas Cattle Company n'utilise pas de méthodes de cuisson compliquées, mais grille les steaks au-dessus des flammes df'un feu de bois naturel d'un foyer construit sur mesure à partir de bois d'oranger et de chêne de Floride. Les steaks sont tranchés et assaisonnés chaque jour afin de garantir le meilleur goût absolu. My family and I went to Texas Cattle and our dinner experience was a total disaster thanks to a assistant manager (Michael) who did took it upon himself to Mock me as a Customer as took video of my video as I was leaving.. my steak was not correct on 2 attempts as my family was finished eating before I even received my food. I had to order a different meal because the kitchen could not get it correct. The way this asst manager treated my family and I we will never spend another $ with this company.

First I have to say that I have a very sensitive palate and olfactory sense. As soon as I walked into the restaurant I could smell and almost taste a “smoke” flavor. Overpowering. The dang bang shrimp appetizer was the best part of the evening!! It was delicious! However, I was not impressed with the steak. My friend had the T bone and I had filet mignon. The way they cook their steaks, on an open fire pit, over oak and citrus wood apparently did not sit well with me or my taste buds. I found the flavor bitter and too overpowering. For almost $200 for two of us to dine, it was not worth it in my opinion. Doubtful I’ll be back.

Went well steak was fantastic and would recommend the mushrooms! Only issue was the appetizer came out wit our dinner practically and we ordered it before our drinks kinda disappointed with that . Other than that everything was wonderful !

First time there the service was not that great they brought our food out late and it was cold the waiter took along time just to come to table and take are order and drinks all night. I don’t think I will going back.

We had a large group of 9 friends ordering drinks, steaks, appetizers and desserts. Every moment of our evening was such a great experience. Gator and shrimp appetizers were perfectly cooked. All 9 steaks were delicious and perfectly grilled. We had Strawberry cake, Chocolate cake, Brownie and they were good. Blackberry lemonade cocktail and Moscow mules were yummy! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. This restaurant is definitely Noisy which I liked. We were a noisy bunch ourselves, and I was glad that we were able to laugh as much as we wanted without offending our neighboring tables. Will definitely return in the near future.

Bill is the best server ever. Not always there but he evaluates our dining experience every time we have him as our server. Food was wonderful as always

Wait time was short, food was perfect, great taste and flavor. Our server waa awesome. She went above and then some. Waa pleasant conversation and Joseph came and chatted about our visit. Very friendly, we love this place. I go foe the salad, baked potato is my fav. I usually eat half of my filet then pass the rest over to hubby or my pit bull Katniss get to indulge when we get home!!! Always a great place to eat and have great food and service!!!
