La famille Tersiguel propose sa version unique de la cuisine française depuis plus de 40 ans. Le menu du Tersiguel's combine une authentique cuisine de style français et des plats rustiques évoquant la Bretagne, le berceau d'origine des Tersiguel. Le Tersiguel's prépare une cuisine reflétant les saisons en utilisant les laitues, les herbes, les légumes, les fruits et les fleurs comestibles cultivés dans son jardin. Lorsque le jardin ne produit pas, le chef Michel Tersiguel se rend personnellement au marché de Jessup, dans le Maryland, pour sélectionner tous les fruits et légumes. Vous pourrez déguster une cuisine de la ferme à la table typique de la campagne française. Le chef Tersiguel la décrit comme « une cuisine à l'âme française ». I thought the service was very good. The staff followed up and were timely in their responses. The food was overall very good (7/10)- the rockfish was amazing. The beef tenderloin with mushroom gravy and home cooked mashed potatoes- with lumps were good. The dessert ( olive oil cake was dry- blueberry comp was ok). The tomato bisque was only ok. Cocktail Drinks were average- recommend wine or beer instead. Ambience was nice. Might return if in the area.

It is always such a pleasure to dine at Tersiguel's. The setting is quiet and relaxing and the food is delicious.

We celebrated our birthdays at Tersiguel's and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There was a quiet ambience and the food was amazing! We highly recommend Tersiguel's for a celebration of any sort because the food, wine, and setting is perfect!

Tersiguel’s is always fabulous! They treat you like a king and or queen, period! The food is excellent and exceptional. The service is even better & top shelf!

Our waiter was absolutely amazing. His passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm for the food were unlike any other server we’ve encountered anywhere else. Can’t recommend the experience highly enough!

We have a lovely, date night experience at Tersiguel’s. We had the delicious, winter-time, 6-course Chef’s menu with the wine pairing. The dishes were well portioned, fresh and local, and thoughtfully paired between the meat, sauce, vegetables and wine. Charles, our waiter, explained each course, the wine, and provided some history of the restaurant. The whole experience lasted a little over 2 hours and it was great to relax, enjoy delicious food and drinks, while sharing this time with my spouse. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend to others.

Chef Paul Tersiguel and maître d' Charlie combine their talents to deliver an amazing dining experience! From the Breton Fish Soup, to the duck scrapple frisée salad, to the short loin of venison with basil risotto, everything was perfectly prepared and presented.

Terrific dining experience. Very exciting to have pre-defined fixed menu and not know what on there. Makes you try things you may not normally order. Charlie (head waiter) was fabulous.

We had an absolutely incredible dinner at Tersiguel's. Each dish was delicious. The ambience was beautiful, perfect for a special occasion dinner. Dishes featured in our dinner include smoked salmon, monk fish, veal, and venison. Tersiguel's only seats 20 guests per seating, so the service is intimate and excellent. Charlie, the head waiter, is a gem of a human being. We had such a nice conversation before our meal, and he explained the context of the house Tersiguel's is in as well as each component of our meal throughout the night. We will definitely return soon and cannot recommend Tersiguel's enough.
