Came here for my fiancé's birthday, server did not mention anything about our special occasion despite indicating this on the reservation. Server at first was attentive, but this quickly declined as the restaurant became busier as the night went on. We arrived at 8:30pm on Monday Sept 30 and did not expect it to be as loud or as busy as it was. I think our server was the only staff member working, as I noticed he was serving many tables outside of the area we were in. This is not the server's fault; rather, it may have been overlooked by the restaurant management of how busy they were going to be on a Monday night and they were likely understaffed(?). Towards the end of our evening, we requested for the dessert menus and we were ready to order; however, our server was visibly busy cashing out other tables in a distant area. We were waiting for 13 minutes to order dessert, and by that point, we decided to forego the dessert and get the bill and leave. We tried to flag our server down but he was busy (understandably). I went to the host stand and found a woman in a light blue blouse and glasses who was able to cash us out. This is not our first time at Terroni; however, it is unfortunate that what was once a great experience, is now dampened by the unfortunate service we had (out of the control of the server). The food was good - the sausage in the pasta dishes could have been more plentiful, though.

Wouldn’t come back. I planned a 15 people birthday party weeks in advance and when I showed up with a cake I wasn’t allowed to serve it even though no one ever mentioned that. Manager was unhelpful and service was slow and all the food runners were confused.

Fun place to enjoy the Italian vibe. We dined in the bar in a booth. Our bartender had a great personality and provided wonderful customer service with a lot of energy. #notstuffy

While this is definitely a “trendy” spot they miss the mark on a few things. First, no substitutions (change the pasta type, add vegetables to plate, etc). We were seated upstairs in a locations that was beyond freezing cold and next to a table of 20 that was extremely loud (good for them but why would you seat four adults next to them??). The pasta was cooked as they said, a dente, and although tasty, both mine (mushrooms, cheese) and my husbands (bolognese) sauce were crazy salty. He had to scrape the sauce off his pasta to eat it. The aperil spritz I ordered was mostly club soda so I ordered a separate Prosecco to make the cocktail palatable. In all, I would not go back.

After all these years Terroni’s still delivers - great wine advice and great pizza! The Negroni was also amazing and you must try the fried calamari - fresh and light!!
