   We were in the Woodland village tent for dinner, which is a fabulous experience! The service was remarkable and the food outstanding. Love that they have cocktails now, which are very creative. The whole evening was a wonderful experience. If you get a chance to dine in the woodland village tense, do it!

   We have been going here for years. Today unfortunately service was not very good. When we got to the host desk no hello or greetings they both just stood there waiting. Once seated server never brought water, and when the cheese plate came out no explanation of what anything was or at least offered to explain. Honestly this place is usually amazing. Maybe we just came on an off day.

   Love to eat at Terrain cafe. Food is always good. Never have to wait to be seated. Great experience.

   We were excited to visit terrain again for a delicious meal. But…..We were seated very close to other guests in a nearly empty greenhouse. Needed phones to read the menu as it was so dark. Area was cold and other guests were wearing coats. Wait staff seemed over worked or underwhelmed with their job. By the time our meals were served we wished our reservation had been cancelled. Dry meat and unidentifiable sides. I thought we would have a higher level dining experience. Very very disappointed.

   The food was outstanding as was the wait staff. The welcome was not well managed, specifically: 1. The hostess station was not near the entrance. 2. When we found it, no one was there. 3. Despite being early for our reservation, we waited long past the scheduled time to be seated and then only after repeated checkings. 4. The hostess did not, I say again “not”, seem to be the problem. She was working diligently, but the workflow needs fixing so that she can work efficiently. 5. Management needs to optimize the configuration and procedures and train the staff accordingly.

   We visited Tera Café for the first time last night and it was such an amazing experience. We stayed at the nearby in the gray winery and they had highly recommended the café… The food was amazing. The service was exceptional. Our waitress Brooke was very tentative… She was great… It was such a nice ambience. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

   We have always loved terrain Glen Mills and feel the food selection is superior to Devon. Our waiter was wonderful and the restaurant is beautiful. Unfortunately, our night was ruined by very loud people at the bar. The bar was so packed that we had people bumping into our chairs as we tried to eat. Sadly, we may not return. It was not a good experience. The bar is pretty but the people over crowding the table service is unacceptable.

    We were a party of 12 having a little “sprinkle” for my daughter’s upcoming birth. The service was very attentive and the food was good. The staff overall were very accommodating. My only complaint was that everyone’s French fries were cold, but the rest of the food was hot. Very nice ambiance.
