Terrain’s greenhouse cafe offers seasonally inspired brunch and dinner menus, alongside a thoughtfully curated beverage program. Our dedicated culinary team works closely with purveyors to ethically source fresh, high-quality ingredients that lay the foundation for our nourishing dishes. Each cafe's unique and deliberately designed environment blurs the line between indoor and outdoor spaces, providing an inspiring dining experience every time. Our Doylestown cafe is our most recent addition, situated on the campus of Delaware Valley University. Terrain's culinary team works directly with the farmers, agricultural teams, and students of DelVal to deliver their produce straight to cafe tables. This location includes a private dining room and a centrally-located bar area featuring small bites, seasonal cocktails, and a robust yet approachable wine list.

Very good food & cute store to walk through. Had a reservation and still had to wait almost 20 minutes.

We will not go back. Very disappointing from the get go. It took thirty minutes to get our drink order and the server did not know which wine was which or whose was whose-they were repoured. Then one of our salads was brought along with one of our entrees. We said we wanted the salad prior to our entrees and the server said “well what do you want me to do?” We said take the entree back and bring the other salad both of which we had said we were splitting per couple. We were told they don’t split salads. We had to ask for extra plates and then split the salads ourselves which were wilted and drenched in dressing. A requested second glass of wine was never delivered. The entrees were finally brought out. I had explained that I had a nut allergy when I ordered the halibut and asked that the almond not be included. My entree was cold upon taste so I sent it back while my spouse and our friends ate their entrees which they said were average at best. After quite some time the manager came to the table and said they were remaking my fish because the chef had forgotten about the nut allergy and had made it with almond. I was horrified. Thank goodness I had not eaten more than a taste. Allergies are life threatening and need to be taken seriously. The manager did apologize for all the mishaps and the total bill was not charged however the entire experience was unsatisfactory and for one of us dangerous.

Amazing experience. I have been there at least 6 times this year. Fall menu including fall cocktails is okay. I am hoping it will change for some old favorites.

We had a wonderful server, Marco. Attentive, friendly, and made great suggestions. Unfortunately our meal was delivered by a runner to the wrong table, we noticed and the guests kindly passed them to us. Also, my meal was so salty I could hardly eat it. Pasta at the bottom of the menu. Marco kindly took it off the bill as he saw I did not eat it at all. Quinoa poppers were great, pomegranate non alcoholic beverage was also delicious! Bathroom was a wreck, toilet paper everywhere, purse hook hanging on by one screw, no paper towels. Overall our experience was nice, but I will be hesitant with what I order next time. We still love the atmosphere.

I’m so satisfied with the customer service each time I eat at Terrain. There was some confusion of who was serving our table, but they got it straightened out and gave an unprompted complementary hummus tray for the hassle, even though it was totally ok! The food was phenomenal and the drinks were delicious. We will continue coming back for sure!

Second visit to a Terrain /Glen Mills & Doylestown I enjoy being able to walk through the shops after a meal with friends. However, the noise level in both restaurants is enough to keep either from getting me to return regularly. BTW my meal at Doylestown was definitely better.

Staff were very nice. Food was good. The noise level and closeness of tables does make it hard to enjoy the meal. We were able to move to an outside table under a heater and enjoyed that much better.

Quality of food and service is not worth the cost. I had a reservation, yet still had to wait 15 mins for a table. Server was not attentive and the food was not hot. Quality was sub-par. Terrain cafe is such a pretty restaurant, it's a shame the food and service does not meet the ambiance.

This was my first visit to Terrain and I was very pleased with every aspect of our experience. Very pleasant and helpful staff, good food for a reasonable price, lovely decor, overall a great experience. It was very crowded so I was very happy I made a reservation! Will definitely be back very soon!
