We booked Terrace 16 with great anticipation but we were very disappointed. Our server was overwhelmed with her load and everything seemed to move at a snails pace. Drinks took a long time to be delivered and any dirty plates remained on the table for extended periods of time and people would just walk by them and were completely indifferent. My wife ordered the $90 New York strip and it was one of the worst steaks we have had in awhile. It was ordered medium rare and was dry and had no flavor at all. We have been blessed to enjoy so much fine food in our travels but Terrace 16 absolutely did not deliver.

I recently visited Terrace 16 and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. Our waitress was inattentive and only checked on us when we beckoned her, despite frequently attending to other tables in the section. She didn't refill our waters, unlike the service provided to other guests. Additionally, when I requested a side of spicy mayo for my sushi at the time of ordering, it arrived 20 minutes after the sushi roll. This experience was particularly disheartening because I've had great times at Terrace 16 before. It's frustrating to have to tip for such poor service, which fell well below the restaurant's usual standards.

Honestly, all the parties next to us were so sloppy drunk. Otherwise, loved our waiter Nicholas. Food was average. I got the filet mignon and it was okay.

This was a great experience, the food was so good, the view amazing and the service was excellent. Ian was the best, he made sure we had a great time and was always very attentive and polite. We will recommend this place to all of our friends and family.
