Great view in the city for dinning! Our service was poor unfortunately and the food wasn’t on par for the price.

Just a beautiful experience from the views, service and food. We went for brunch, which has bottomless mimosas, bloody marys, bellinis, etc., had the lobster omelette, eggs Benedict, fruit, and avocado toast, and stayed for 2 hours! Loved everything. Definitely returning!!

I did not had details about my reservation while I was booking but the staff was so helpful and did couple arrangements to meet our request. They did this while being very nice and professional so I appreciate that.

The restaurant and its terrace have amazing views and tremendous potential but it seems that is not very well managed. There were at least 4 staff members upfront and we still had to wait in line 15 mins to be seated(we had a reservation). When our turn came we were told there were no available tables outside, even though there clearly were empty tables. The worst part was that the whole time we were in line and dining there were people who clearly didn’t have reservations or any intend of ordering even drinks were just walking all over the place, taking pictures. If the restaurant wants to let people just walk in for the views and pictures, they should at least section off a portion of the restaurant for people who are actual paying customers and don’t want to feel like having a meal in the middle of an overcrowded night club. The wait time for our food wasn’t great either - our appetizers came before our wine and without plates for sharing. No one came to take our empty plates /refill water or at least apologize for the delay. Our server was the only member of the staff that actually seemed to care about our experience and tried to salvage our dinner. Overall, it’s a nice place but the service and the experience definitely doesn’t match the price tag.

My husband and I waited 25 minutes for a drink, and then another 25 minutes for a dessert menu. Maybe the waiter had too many tables but it was unacceptable. We just asked for the check and left after having the one drink. Also beware there is a 20% upcharge on every bill, which is fine but the service is lacking so I just can't justify paying that. The only thing good about this restaurant is the views, like many other people have stated in previous reviews. The hotel itself is fabulous but this place is horrible. We will never go back. It's a shame because it's in a perfect location.

A great experience. The food and service were both exceptional. I personally recommend Ian as a server, great service and nothing but a great experience. Would certainly recommend.

Service was terrible. I understand there is a price point for the amazing location, but this is billed as an upscale restaurant and service doesn’t come close to reflecting that. We were basically sat and forgotten about. I had to go find my waitress twice to ask if we could get another round of drinks and then to order food.

I have never felt the need to leave a review for a restaurant either way before. But this experience changed my mind. Let me say the views here are great. However that is it. We made reservations a month in advance saying it was my wife's birthday and we were coming for dinner. When we got there two people who had no reservation cut in front of us and they were given a seat right on the clear line by the lake view. They then placed us on a couch where my wife couldn't sit comfortably because she was in a dress. They then relocated us to a 6 person table as far away from the river/lake view as possible. We chose not to complain even though we indicated this was for a birthday. 30 minutes later at 8:05 someone showed up to order our drinks. We ordered our drinks. Our drinks were brought to us at 8:25 and they said the delay was due to running out of Tito's. Which was again nothing to complain about on our end. However at this point we had been there for 55 minutes and just now got our drinks. At that time we ordered a sushi roll and six oysters. I then went to the men's room. When I got to the men's room none of the toilets or urinals had been flushed and all three sinks had paper towels in them. I chose to disregard that fact and go back to the table. The oysters came. When we ate the oysters all six of them had broken pieces of shell in them. It was at that time that we decided to just leave. While we were waiting for the check a table next to us got mad because the staff had place their wheel chair on the other side of the table. The customers who had the wheel chair then chose to slam the extra chairs at our table in to our table causing our drinks to spill and make a scene as if we put their wheel chair on the other side of our table. Overall we were ready to spend $400 plus on dinner and drinks and apps. Ultimately we couldn't believe the experience, left after the choking hazard oysters, and went to a bar for wings in old town. unwowed.
