Overpriced for that bad service. Our waiter was very polite but he didn’t do his job well. Not acceptable for that kind of expensive place

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went to celebrate my husbands birthday and had the worst experience ever. We love experiencing different restaurants in the Windy City and this has been the worst of all. Our reservation was at 9 we got seated at 9:24 no problem. Took a while for our waitress to come to us yet I saw her taking very well care of the other tables as well as greeting them. We order mineral water never received it just tap water. They wouldn’t come check up on us they would cater to all the other tables. It was 11:15 and our food was never out they blamed it on the place been busy in my opinion they forgot our table and never put our order in. The experience ruined my husband’s birthday would not recommend 0

awful. Reservations for 7:00 didn’t get seated til 7:55. Awful service didn’t get a waiter for 20 minutes after being seated and our appetizers came long after ordering. Food was good but worst service i’ve ever experienced worse than some of my mcdonald’s experiences. Our waitress was extremely nice and apologetic and took a few bucks off our tap but overall in extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. For a 5 star restaurant we expected better.

Service took almost 20 min to come and see what I wanted to drink. Food is very good, ambience too. Views from the terrace are amazing!

My best birthday celebration ever at Terrace 16 @Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago. Beautiful building with breathtaking view of the windy city. Delicious complementary dessert to end the night. Thanks to my sister for planning it all.
