This is our fourth visit to Terrace 16 and this year the white linen clothes were not on the tables. The white table clothes brings an elegance to this establishment. The private company party in the next room had them. The music also was a little loud and felt like I was in a bar, dressed in formal wear. This was a special occasion for my sister and I and I was a little disappointed. Next time we are in Chicago, we will be going to Morton’s steakhouse where they still have their elegant white table clothes. Please bring back the elegance to Terrace 16.

There is no phone number to call to modify or cancel in. The food quality was very, very poor.

I had breakfast there , Francisco was our server and he was amazing, friendly server , good recommendations we will be back and request him for sure !! French toast and lobster omelet were amazing as well ! Great restaurant

We were seated immediately upon arrival, however our original seat was adjacent to an elevated bar with patrons basically yelling down on us. They did move us to a better table. Unfortunately the service handoff was handled very poorly. In addition, the new server didn’t introduce himself and we had to get out of our seat and go find him twice. Also, our food was delivered before our drinks. We would give zero stars for service if we could. On top of this, a mandatory 20% gratuity was added to our $200 bill. The food was actually pretty good, but we were very very disappointed in the service.

The setting is brilliant, and the staff was warm and attentive. Our problem was that for a $500 plus dinner, we were unimpressed. I had invited several friends and wanted to use the dinner as a thank you to them. The food was marginal......not so bad that you would send it back.......but not inspiring or noteworthy. I was disappointed.
