I felt like our server was more of an order taker than a guide. Never ran through the menu with us and just asked if we were ready or needed more time. Was straight to the point. The food was great and my cappuccino was great quality espresso. View was, of course, stellar.

Great beautiful experience came here with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and the restaurant and server really took care of us. We got a table away from all the noise and chaos in the main dining area and really loved the view. Definitely recommended.

We have been to Terrace16 three times. The view from the balcony is fantastic but the view from inside is meh unless you get one of the FEW window seats. In fact, I spent all evening looking at the wooden panels above the bar, and we were there for a birthday dinner. I love their mocktails and the food is pretty good too but I am not sure if we will be scrambling to return next time we are in Chicago.

Overpriced, typical american brunch options. Nothing relevant or desirable to come back. Nice view, but outside dining was closed

We came to Terrace 16 for breakfast and I was shocked when we got coffee and 2 out of 3 cups had LIPSTICK stains on it… we got forks and some had also lipstick on. That is beyond unacceptable. Napkins were stained as well.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary. We were placed right by the bar and the noise level was very high it was hard to have a conversation. We expected to have a more private dining experience, especially for the price we were paying for dinner. The food was OK. We will not be coming back. I will say, our server was amazing! He was very attentive and the service was quick.

I thought we had the best seats in the house sitting at the bar that faces all the city rooftops & Lake Michigan. I appreciated the hooks under the bar so I could hang my purse up. If you like sweet wines I recommend Trump's white Brut. Customer service was great from the doorman welcoming us to the building all the way to our waiter. The restrooms were very clean and smelt wonderful. Even though outside seating was closed we were still allowed to capture photos out on the terrace. We felt very safe inside and outside on the grounds of the building. Highly recommend!

Not worth it at all. Steak was $89.00 and was hard as a rock. All the food from appetizers to dessert were barely better than OK and then they will put a fee on there even though it was only 2 people using one form of payment. There are so many great places in downtown to go, dont go here.
