   It’s a mixed experience dining at Terrace 16. We went the day after St Patrick’s Day Celeb and got a table by the window - thanks for that we had a pretty nice view of the buildings along the river as well as a portion of the river. That’s almost the only nice thing about this experience though. Food is overpriced with mediocre taste. Two of us order Continental breakfast and got a bagel and a cup of cereal with yogurt for $30 - overpriced and the bagel is average Midwest bagel texture still. The so-called “freshly pressed” juice tastes like Ocean Spray. Other two friends ordered pork and avocado toast - needed hot sauce for the food to be flavorful. Service was okay - we got our water and food in time. People in charge of us didn’t remember who ordered what, and they came again later to give my friend a piece of missing pork from her plate - never happened to me even in McDonald lol. Chairs are uncomfortable - my butt constantly felt the spring inside. And the chairs were visibly heavily stained too. It’s pretty loud during the time we were there. Some groups were yelling and screaming with excitement. Understandable as it’s the day after St.Patrick’s day. Just not very pleasant and hard to chat in this ambience. 20% gratitude was added already when the bill arrived. We normally gave 20% regardless of the service, as we know it’s uneasy to be in the service industry. Does the service and food in all worth 20% though? My bagel and cereal disagree :( Likely won’t visit again.

   Terrace 16 was wonderful! It’s a beautiful space with windows overlooking the river. The service is fantastic, they make sure your every need is met. The food is excellent, great choices and so much food for your money. We enjoyed the bottomless mimosas. Upon entering the room there was a beautiful st Patrick’s day arch, great photo opportunity!

   Not worth the hype/cost. Food was too basic. Not enough quantity, bad presentation, not many options for brunch. If it wasn't for the ambiance, I'd give 1.

   I love coming to terrace 16 but this time service was extremely bad. The wait stuff was nice but they never came around to ask if we needed anything. Never refilled our glasses or cleared our plates or asked how the food was. I’m not used to it being so bad and I hope it gets better so I can bring guests here again. This was my birthday brunch and I brought my family expecting a great time as always but we all walked away disappointed. Never even ordered my desert. No appetite over the dirty table. Hope for a better experience next time.

    Camera was stolen in a few seconds in the bathroom. The service was lacking, my plate was left on the table long after I finished.
