Nos fue mal no había lo que queríamos comer, nos dieron un menú dec3 pasos y lo solicitamos al mesero que fue muy amable pero luego regresó y dijo que no tenían ya esa comida y tuvimos que comer algo que no queríamos

My husband took me there for my birthday. We love this restaurant. Food and cocktails were great. But at this time I was very disappointed. We booked noted it was for my birthday but server didn’t mention at all. Worst thing was we’ve noticed that they charged 20% service fee. I know my husband didn’t look at bill closely but we weren’t expecting tip to be included for only 2 people not large group. The server should have been notified us if it was included. That’s really not kind gesture at all. I felt like my birthday was ruined.

The server was amazing, gave me the seat at the window after they sat me and my girl on a different one. He came back and said but u asked for a widow seat and changed our seats. The food 👌 amazing as well as the drinks

We both enjoyed our food and the service was exceptional. In fact, they had forgotten it was my wife’s birthday, so they sent two miniature chocolate cakes and a bottle of champagne to our room! That was really special!

Been a few times. Best video ever of Chicago. Want to come as much as possible. The experience for us has been excellent, couldn’t be better. The people is what it’s all about for me, they single you out, make time, ask questions and genuinely care about you and then your satisfaction and then your business. We love them as people, employees and then food in that order. Food cheaper than you would expect. 5 star from us, love you all, thanks for a great week, see you soon again,

My wife and I had a great date night. Everything was so nice and Josh our server was very friendly and he recommended great options and provided excellent service.

Terrace 16 was just ok due to the only 1 tv at the bar in the entire place. For Inaguration day there were no closed captions on TV due to the no sound coming out. None of the staff knew how to get closed captions on the TV or even had a remote. The tech came to fix this but by the time they fixed I had already left. More TV’s are a must at this place. I had a terrace burger priced at $32 which is the signature burger here at Trump Chicago. The charcoal burger bun tastes like any other regular bun. I asked for the onions on the side as well as the signature burger sauce. The wedge frites were phenomenal. I had 1 little starling cocktail prices at $22 The drink was good and is fair pricing. 20% service charge is automatically applied to your bill at checkout.

Wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived at the hostess desk to having our waiter take our picture at the end of our meal, everything was outstanding. Definitely recommend!
