Terra Moderna is an Antipodean, Modern Italian restaurant in Belsize Park. Open daily for lunch and dinner, the restaurant brings a combined taste of Italy and Australia to London. Terra Moderna's menu is carefully crafted to balance the flavours of Italian and Antipodean cooking. The restaurant take pride in their commitment of using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. With Antipodean cuisine being a main influence, the menu features an array of seafood, meat and plant-based produce, with an emphasis on bold flavours and vibrant colours. The food is so average I can cook better I don’t know how it can have so many highly rating reviews The duck was not great . If you can’t cook it pls don’t put it on the menu. If they want to survive in Belsize they need to do better food! Look at Cinder maybe ? The restaurant was empty. Charging Mayfair prices for terrible food. Good luck! Hopefully someone else will open a better place !

Really friendly and accommodating staff who helped me surprise my partner for his promotion! Lovely food - we especially liked the truffle arancini balls.

We were the only people in the restaurant, which never feels like a good thing, so not much atmosphere. However we were greeted in a very friendly way and immediately invited to a delicious glass of Prosecco. And when the food started arriving, I realised that this little place in England’s Lane possibly has the best chef in NW3. The starters and mains were outstanding. Even the coffee was excellent. I would strongly recommend it and intend to return. On top of it all the set lunch prices were extremely reasonable.

A lovely neighbourhood Italian with excellent cooking and great friendly service. Not cheap but you get what you pay for in this instance.

excellent food, homemade pasta perfectly cooked, delicious sauces/flavours and high quality ingredients including great seafood. been twice and will come again!

The food was absolutely delicious, also the coktails;the set lunch was a better deal than a la carte which could add up very rapidly with drinks.
