Join us for a Christmas dinner experience with renowned Chef Carlo Cracco on 4th December. Celebrate the festive season with a Christmas feasting menu at Terra by Carlo Cracco restaurant. Meet and greet with Carlo Cracco in person and enjoy a range of his signature dishes from a curated tasting menu. The tasting menu is £80 per person with the option to add wine pairings for £40. Limited spaces available. Menu: Amuse bouche - fried egg yolk, artichokes, pecorino, black pepper Antipasto - barbecued scallops, pumpkin, parsley, lemon, chilli Primo - cannelloni filled with porcini mushrooms, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, tarragon Secondo - braised beef cheek, smoked parsnip cream, pomegranate Dolce - homemade classic panettone, mascarpone cream

Join us every Friday from 5.30pm at Terra by Carlo Cracco as we journey through the scents and flavours of regional tradition as interpreted by Chef Cracco. Start your evening with a glass of welcome prosecco and a selection of aperitivo from meatballs and polenta with gorgonzola cream to traditional roasted veal with tuna mayonnaise. Relax to live music as you await your weekly changing main. Finish with dessert of Carlo Cracco's panettone or try our classic zabaione or tiramisù. Weekly changing main: Week 1: wood-fired saffron risotto, slow-cooked veal ossobuco, parsley, lemon and rosemary. Week 2: classic breaded veal chop, rocket, parmesan. Week 3: beef cheek cooked in red wine, mashed potatoes with extra virgin olive oil.

We were not told the kitchen would be closing and tried to order only 15 minutes after our initial order. We were told the kitchen is closed. When we asked the manager why we were not informed when putting the order or when last orders were being taken, we were given no explanation nor any reasoning.

They over cooked the cote de boeuf. Didn’t have another one so they gave us ribeye. But they comp both of them and the wine due to mishap

The new menu is very disappointing, with our favourites such as the meatballs and the king prawns now missing. Feels like too much of an overhaul than what was necessary. Great service as always though.

My initial thought when booking was that the restaurant was a higher end establishment. The bar and the seating were lovely with a nice atmosphere. The restaurant however appeared more like a canteen style rather than comfortable relaxed vibe. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but suitcases being pulled in by people in tracksuits wasn’t what I was expecting. The food however, was high end. The flavours and presentation were bang on and was very much enjoyed.

My friend and I chose this restaurant for the first time. We are big fans of the Eaterly chain and have visited all the ones in Italy as well as NYC. The only issue was the "entertainment" last Friday evening. There was ambient music playing and we could easily chat without straining our voices. Once the singer started we had to yell to hear each other across the small table for two. We did complain and asked for the singer to be "turned down" which the singer did but it was still at a level that made it difficult to converse. It's a shame as we wont return. The food and service was great, but the entertainment was a big issue for us.

Restaurant has a nice ambiance but the food was disappointing. Portions are definitely smaller and my chicken dish was not even warm. There are better Italian restaurants around.

The food was really and fast to served, the only thing i can recommend, it is the presentation of some dishes, like lamb chops or tagliata…. I think needs a better garnish and display. The best dish for us was fregola with prawns.

We had the rib eye steak with the rocket salad with red wine which was excellent. A bit expensive we thought but it was a bit of an occasion so all good.
