Born in the “Pampas”, (Southern region of Brazil) Terra Gaúchaʼs concept revolves around “Churrasco” a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat. Today, we proudly keep the flame alive using authentic Gaúcho seasonings and natural wood charcoal to roast succulent beef, lamb, poultry, pork and seafood.

In addition to our grilled meats, guests enjoy a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring the freshest vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. During the dining experience each guest is transported (no passport required) to “Southern Brazil” where they are pampered from start to finish. The “Terra Gaúcha familia” would like to invite you for a unique experience that will make a lasting impression.

Everything was great, perfectly prepared!! Extensive salad bar with tremendously delicious options and all the food was prepared perfectly!!

Been here plenty of times but this last visit was not enjoyable.. service was awful. Had to ask the MANAGER several times for sides. Meat servers completely ignoring my table.

This has been our 3rd visit to Terra Gaucha and it never disappoints us. Your staff is well trained, friendly and accommodating. Your salad bar is exquisite and offers a great selection of salads, soup, fruits and cheeses. The meat is well seasoned and it always tender and cooked properly. My family, a party of 10, really enjoyed your restaurant. Thank you for your services.

It is always a pleasure to go back to this Brazilian experience in Tampa. The food is amazing, the waiters are nice, the environment is calm. I love Terra Gaucha.

Hands down the best Brazilian Steakhouse I have ever been to. The sides/salads bar was delicious, the meat was perfectly cooked and tender every time, and the service was outstanding. Imagine a dozen or so people taking care of you that are attentive, responsive, and genuinely devoted to ensuring a great experience in every way. Thinking back to my first sentence, I could replace “Brazilian Steakhouse” with “restaurant” and it would be just as true.

Please do yourself a kindness and never serve the sushi ever again or the garlic butter shrimp ! Literally the worst I’ve ever had. Everything else was really good

Great experience for my birthday dinner! The staff was very attentive and friendly! They even took care of my cake and bright it out with candles at the end of our dinner! Thank you so much! I’ll definitely return again!
