Born in the “Pampas”, (Southern region of Brazil) Terra Gaúchaʼs concept revolves around “Churrasco” a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat. Today, we proudly keep the flame alive using authentic Gaúcho seasonings and natural wood charcoal to roast succulent beef, lamb, poultry, pork and seafood.

In addition to our grilled meats, guests enjoy a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring the freshest vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. During the dining experience each guest is transported (no passport required) to “Southern Brazil” where they are pampered from start to finish. The “Terra Gaúcha familia” would like to invite you for a unique experience that will make a lasting impression.

Again the level of dining experience was amazing! The salad bar by itself is such a great experience so many different dishes,meats, fresh fruits and vegetables. The servers with the meats came and came and came with ribeye ,sirloin ,chicken,lamb. Our waiter was amazing to. I have been to this restaurant twice and to the one in Orlando and Vegas and Tampa by far is the best! Oh I almost forgot if it’s your birthday or special occasion you get a free dessert and a surprise !

The food was excellent and the servers were quick to bring what ever we needed! Parkin was very easy as well. Our table server was a Brazilian girl, Valeria, I believe and she was super!!!! Very attentive and helpful I still think their prices are a little high.

I've been to the Jax and orlando locations and this is the best. Best attention, variety and speed and overall taste of food.

It was a good experience for the first time. I was excited to try all the different types of steak and meats. There was quite a few different types of meats but each steak taste the same to me , i didn’t really taste any different and The chicken was too dry for my likeing but all around good place.

I had reservations for 7:30 PM. We had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our table. They sat in another room, off a corner far away from the salad bar. The staff was very attentive.

Amazing service. Food was very good and a great selection of different meats, cheeses, veggies etc. Will definitely be back. Yes…better than Texas De Brazil.

The food, as always, was outstanding. Next year for our anniversary, we'll be placing the reservation two month in advance (if possible) to snag a 5pm slot when it will hopefully be quieter. We adore the food, are pleased by the service, hate the warehouse effect where voices bounce off floor and walls to create a cacophony of sounds that leave our ears ringing when we step outside.
