Born in the “Pampas”, (Southern region of Brazil) Terra Gaúchaʼs concept revolves around “Churrasco” a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat. Today, we proudly keep the flame alive using authentic Gaúcho seasonings and natural wood charcoal to roast succulent beef, lamb, poultry, pork and seafood.

In addition to our grilled meats, guests enjoy a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring the freshest vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. During the dining experience each guest is transported (no passport required) to “Southern Brazil” where they are pampered from start to finish. The “Terra Gaúcha familia” would like to invite you for a unique experience that will make a lasting impression.

This was my fourth visit here and we had a very pleasant dinner experience. They seem to have improved a lot since the time I was here a year ago and honestly have improved each time I visit. The selection on the salad/appetizer bar has improved with a good variety of choices. Highlights include of course some meat choices like crunchy nuggets of pork belly, and a bacon wrapped pepper. But also a nice range of vegetable choices from asparagus, beets, sweet peppers, palm hearts etc. to various salads. And of course a nice selection of cheeses and salami and jambon. Also enjoyed an excellent Brazilian lager that was bright and refreshing. Only downside of the night was that they need to fix their lobster bisque. It was thin, watery and lukewarm. No lobster bits to be seen and just not good. On the tables they provided their excellent Brazilian cheese bread puffs, fried bananas, fried polenta sticks and mashed potatoes. All were tasty although the mashed potatoes go cold quick. Of course they will replace it quickly if you ask. The servers were very professional and friendly. Always on hand to check if you needed anything or had a meat that you would like to return to your table. They helped make for a very pleasant experience. On the grilled meats , everything we had was excellent. We sampled from a variety of items coming by that included shrimp, salmon, two types of chicken, three types of pork, a tasty pork sausage , lamb steak and chops, beef ribeye, filet, flank, sirloin, picanha, and more. Don’t miss the lamb steak, it was delicious and we really enjoyed the ribeye, filet and picanha. All in all a filling and delicious meal at a reasonable price. I look forward to visiting more often!

We loved everything. I wish there was a couple more salads. Especially with no dressing because your ranch was so good. But that’s my only complaint. I also only get the salad bar(another soup option would be fantastic). The guys loved all the meat options. Cooked to perfection. Wish I could remember our severs name. Best service we’ve had anywhere in awhile

Everything was perfect! The salad bar was very clean in spite of all the messy patrons feeding at the trough, myself included. Looking forward to returning and will remember to bring a spare stomach or two!

My first experience was amazing, it's kind of hard to live up to your first experience. If you have a child that is one year of age please add them to your group as a whole person or you will wait for your table that you reserved. Overall, some of the meat was very dry. The salad bar is always amazing, and I had the flan for the first time. It was okay. I will go back, assuring appropriate reservations of course!
