Terra Gaucha is a classic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) serving various of cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and seafood all expertly prepared and served by our Gaucho Chefs. The meats are served Rodizio style, meaning all of the grilled meats are presented and carved table-side from large skewers piping hot off the grill. To complement the succulent meats, we offer a large selection of cured meats and imported cheeses, fresh vegetables, and authentic Brazilian hot sides in our gourmet salad bar area. Located in the heart of downtown at the Stamford Town Center, Terra Gaucha brings the best of Gaucho cuisine and hospitality delivered with a guest-first approach.

I’ve been eating here since opening night and the quality is always top notch, the waiters are very attentive and it’s my favorite place to eat in all of Stamford. If you are a fan of meat, and specifically Steak, do yourself a favor and stop by!
