Terra Gaucha is a classic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) serving various of cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and seafood all expertly prepared and served by our Gaucho Chefs. The meats are served Rodizio style, meaning all of the grilled meats are presented and carved table-side from large skewers piping hot off the grill. To complement the succulent meats, we offer a large selection of cured meats and imported cheeses, fresh vegetables, and authentic Brazilian hot sides in our gourmet salad bar area. Located in the heart of downtown at the Stamford Town Center, Terra Gaucha brings the best of Gaucho cuisine and hospitality delivered with a guest-first approach.

Attended the Far Niente Wine tasting event. Event was well organized and well staffed. Representative from the winery did a great job describing the wines presented with history and tasting profiles. Live guitar music was appropriate and complemented the event without being too loud or intrusive. Special pricing on the wines were available to purchase and take away that evening which was fun. Service was efficient and wonderful as always. Expensive at $125 a piece but well worth the experience. Will continue to visit this restaurant very happily.

Terra Gaucha fast became one of my favorite local restaurants because the food is excellent both at the salad bar (+) as well as when the various meats, etc. are sliced at your table. The staff in every position are so friendly, courteous, welcoming, and engaging, and when you return, as I'm sure you will, they remember you. Mr. Pressi, the owner/manager, is hands-on, and very engaging with us, the customers. As this was yet another birthday celebration for me, I also got to take advantage of the Birthday Special; $25 off of this meal plus a $25 discount card for a future savings. Terra Goucha is a favorite eat-out destination for all these reasons.

My wife, daughter, and daughter had lunch here on a Sunday. The entire experience was phenomenal. The ambience was lovely and elegant. The food was fantastic - my family and I don’t eat beef but the lamb, chicken, and pork options were just delicious. But what made our dining experience was the service. Absolutely everyone from the front of house, to the servers, to the manager were so kind, so pleasant, and so courteous. They even went out of their way to engage with my infant daughter which was extremely touching. I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely visit again.

Went there for my birthday with 13 people and we all had all we can eat buffet, lots of drinks and spent about $100 each. Top quality steaks and service! Great place for celebrations or even a date!

Decided to try this restaurant for lunch with just the hot/cold salad bar option. Wonderful experience. Our server Samuel was fantastic, we have had Samuel before and he is always on point and attentive without being intrusive. Options on the hot/cold salad bar are plentiful and delicious: salads, meats, cheeses, pastas, fruits, stroganoff and beans with rice etc. Just wonderful selections. We were also provided with the fried cheese and grilled pineapple which rotates through the dining room as well as mashed potatoes and caramelized bananas. Looking forward to our next visit to this restaurant.

Terra Gaucha is a fantastic experience from the meals to the service. Salad bar is chock full of anything and everything you could possibly want, from hot to cold buffet, shrimp, smoked trout, beef bourginon, papaya, mango, grilled pineapple, assorted and varied salads, etc. Excellent price, and service exceptional. Definitely worth a try and return!

Arrived and we were greeted immediately and warmly despite the restaurant being obviously very busy. Many many people waiting for tables. With out reservation we were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time. Could easily make a very satisfying meal of just fresh salad bar which numerous hot and cold fresh options. We went with the full experience, for the price per person it is well worth it. Out servers were attentive but not intrusive. Great wine and beverage list, funny there are no Brazilian wines on the wine list?? (Shrug, lol). Food selections arrive in a timely manner with many choices of steak, chicken, shrimp, pork etc. All may be selected based on temperature preferred and for both of us carved selections were spot on. Again, servers were professional and warm contributing to a wonderful evening. Noise level is high but the energy is wonderful, not a choice for a "quiet" evening but we still had a wonderful time. Will continue to dine here and look forward to the next reservation. Thank you to all at Terra Gaucha Stamford!
