Né dans « La Pampa » (au sud du Brésil) le Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse propose des spécialités de « Churrasco », cuisson traditionnelle au barbecue de plusieurs types de viande. Aujourd'hui, ce restaurant maintient la tradition en utilisant d'authentiques assaisonnements Gaucho et du charbon de bois naturel pour griller de délicieuses viandes de bœuf, d'agneau, de poulet et de porc. En plus des viandes grillées, vous pourrez déguster des salades gastronomiques et des accompagnements composés de légumes frais, et une sélection de fromages et de charcuterie. A brilliant experience. My wife and I have been going here for more than 5 years now. We have been there at least 20 times now. They have never had a miss and last night was no exception. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. It’s worth every penny that you’ll ever spend there. I could not recommend an establishment any more than I am endorsing Terra Gaucha. We’ve been to Ruth’s Chris, III Forks and Morton’s and they’re not even close in taste, let alone in value for your money.

Dinner was wonderful-best salad bar and steaks. We still miss our owner/manager friend, but love our manager friend who always greets us so warmly.

We have dined here several times, this was not a good night- the good- salad bar, hostess noticing that I requested a quiet corner table(celebrating a birthday) but that is where it ends. The server talked briefly to us at the beginning- that was it- didn’t get asked if we wanted any sauces with the meat service- didn’t get served all of the meats- saw gaucho’s go to other tables with other cuts we weren’t offered- took three times to get filet mignon-! No grilled pineapple, no ribs, no salmon offered! Cuts other than the filet were very tough- not the usual quality Waiter brought our check over- didn’t ask us if we wanted dessert (didn’t recognize birthday on the reservation) Provided the credit card machine for payment- already pressed 20% for the tip- !!!! Wow! Bold move! Stood there while I completed the transaction! I should have changed it! We usually go here and to Fogo. Each has their own positives- but I think this experience will make me reconsider Terra gaucha . And… the manager that was usually there (shorter man) wasn’t there- he is fantastic

We are repeat diners and always have a great experience. The food is great - we love the salad bar but the variety and quality of the meats is excellent. We always over-eat - come hungry and you will be well pleased.
