Using local ingredients with Italian influences, Terra is Eataly’s premium wood-burning grill restaurant located on the third floor of Eataly Silicon Valley. Named for “earth’ in Italian, Terra's menu features the season’s best ingredients cooked simply over open flames. Its food meant to be paired with an inventive botanical cocktail and enjoyed outside on our expansive shaded patio.

We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
Parties of 7-10 people are required to make a deposit of $150.00 and parties of 11 or more, email esv-privatedining@eataly.com to secure the date.
There will be a $20 per person charge for no shows or cancellations without 48-hour notice.

Good food, service is very minimal, small portions, loud with tables so close together you feel like you are actually dining with the table next to you. Good for a one and done.

The food isn’t bad but at the same time it just didn’t feel like fine dining at the mall which is what the menu prices reflect. Service was mediocre and one of our entrees did not arrive until we had finished the first and shared it . Only after we had to ask why we saw the table behind us receiving the same dish we had been waiting for did someone address it . We had also ordered 15 min earlier than the table who received the same dish . No follow up from our waitress . We did receive an apology from the manager but no comp for the wait or the entrees not arriving together

The food tasted mediocre, lacking flavor, salt, pepper, or a good sauce. After 15 minutes, we couldn’t find our server to request pepper. Overall, it felt overpriced for the quality of both the service and the food. Not going back there.

This is a great place to have a special dinner at or even just for a fun outing. the food is excellent and well proportioned. Our server was attentive but not disruptive throughout our meal. While it is a busy place, we were able to have a quiet conversation without overhearing anyone else's table.

Servers were not very attentive. Had to flag them down for water refill, sat with no silverware for 5 minutes and waited another 5 minutes for our server to return and ask if we’d like parmesan. Found a large piece of melted plastic in one of the dishes :-(
