Using local ingredients with Italian influences, Terra is Eataly’s premium wood-burning grill restaurant located on the third floor of Eataly Silicon Valley. Named for “earth’ in Italian, Terra's menu features the season’s best ingredients cooked simply over open flames. Its food meant to be paired with an inventive botanical cocktail and enjoyed outside on our expansive shaded patio.

We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
Parties of 7-10 people are required to make a deposit of $150.00 and parties of 11 or more, email esv-privatedining@eataly.com to secure the date.
There will be a $20 per person charge for no shows or cancellations without 48-hour notice.

We had reserved a table for Birthday celebration for my daughter with Chantilly Birthday cake experience purchased in advance. First was the long wait until we were seated. We had the reservation and there were plenty of empty tables, regardless there was a delay for more than 10 minutes. The food and ambiance were good but the service was extremely poor. The appetizers came in several minutes after our main course. We had ordered a bottle of wine to enjoy with our appetizers and we couldn’t do that. Instead we had to jump straight to the main course that ruined our experience. Then the server suggested us a bread which was pretty bad. Later we ordered a focaccia which was way better and we were confused about why the server didn’t recommend us that in first place. Double money spent just because of wrong suggestion. The cake was a surprise but the staff or server didn’t make my daughter feel special. He just brought out the cake pre-lit, dropped it off on the table and walked away as if he didn’t care. We sang the birthday song by ourselves and there was no one to offer us plates and silverware to eat it. We had to wave, call someone to help us cut the cake and box the leftover. It was just a very bad experience and we left the restaurant without feeling respected and fulfilled.

Food portions are small and prices are a bit high. We visited on a Wednesday evening and it was pretty loud.

The food was excellent but our server Lana was short and disinterested in our questions or requests. She seemed annoyed with us. We brought guests from out of state and were frankly embarrassed by her. For a $400 dinner I would expect more than that.

My wife and I have eaten here several times and we always have a great experience. The hospitality exceeds expectations. The food quality is always excellent!

Food was warm not hot service was OK; once we said who wanted tapwater to drink the mood changed. They don’t serve coffee during brunch only espresso drinks Will never come back for brunch

The food was good. Very small portions for the price. Servers spent more time socializing eith each other than paying attention to customers. I still would return.

I tried different restaurants. I love this restaurant this is our 4th times here. We tried different foods every time we dine. Being pricey restaurants they should at least give a free bread or maybe change the amount $9.00 is too expensive for a 3 small slices of bread. The fried russet potatoes is not fried it’s BURNED . I am so disappointed for the side of $85.00 ribeye. Hoping they should not served if they make a mistake they should know if burned.
