This is an amazing restaurant. Beautiful ambiance. I always had great experience here, the food is so good and the staff is professional and friendly. Love it ❤️

we were able to book a 3pm reservation but they informed us their kitchen was closing at 3:15pm due to a private event. We felt incredibly rushed to order and eat as they were setting the event up around us. The waitress came around every 5 minutes in the 1 hour we were there. We ended up cutting our meal/outing short and it really ruined a reunion between friends. They shouldn't have had reservations available at that time OR they should have let us know about their tight time frame ahead of time.

Frankly, was disappointed in our dinner at Terra. She got the chicken, I got the tuna, and both were pretty tasteless. No seasoning, no sauces for mine or juices for hers. Interestingly, the gem salad we split first was incredibly flavorful, one of the best salads I can remember having. Our waiter was very nice, but there was a surprisingly long wait between courses (he did apologize a couple times). And it was way louder for an outdoor place that I ever would have expected. Will not be going back.

I spent a lovely Sunday evening dining in with family. The food was fresh, delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly enjoyed my visit.

I recently had brunch at Eataly Century City, and it was a delightful experience. We started with some crafted cocktails that were absolutely delicious. For our meal, we enjoyed the avocado toast, which was fresh and flavorful. The skirt steak with crispy potatoes was cooked to perfection and the crispy potatoes were a great complement. We also tried a pasta dish that was rich and satisfying. Overall, the food and drinks were excellent, making for a wonderful brunch outing. I highly recommend Eataly Century City for anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Loved the terrace. A little pricey for the portion. Server was great. Had a great time. Parking is great since it’s at the mall.

It’s very hard to ruin Italian food because it’s already so basic but somehow this place managed to do that. No flavor, no salt, and nothing special. Pasta is a pasta, is a pasta, is a pasta.

Food came out cold. They tried to fix it and after two more attempts it was still cold. Beautiful patio but steak and broccolini should not be cold
