Total Score: 3.8/5 Highlight: The highlight of my experience was the service and the dessert Gelato Tray, I highly recommend ordering this on a date night or at a dinner with a few friends, it was spectacular. Ambiance: 7/10 Overall Tera had an impressive ambiance for e restaurant within a large mall, with well themed decor, and a charming bar area. Service: 9/10 Our server was very attentive, friendly and overall seemed as though he enjoyed his job. He ensured that our food came on time and emphasized that he was available for any questions we might have for him during our experience. Pricing: 7/10 Overall, the prices were a bit elevated, in the range of a higher end steakhouse or date-night restaurant. The food was of great quality however, nearly justifying these elevated price levels. Quality of Food: 8/10 For the price tag, the tuna main I ordered was spectacular, providing a generous amount of fish, alongside a small side salad and some vegetables. It was obvious that all of the ingredients utilized were of higher tier quality, and prepared quite well. Menu/ variety: 7/10 Overall the menu provided a wide variety of fish and meat options, a large array of polenta options and some unique Italian dishes I haven't seen at many local restaurants. My only complaint here is that there is no pizza, this being the meat and seafood restaurant in Eataly, with the more traditional pizza and pasta restaurant being on the first floor of the facility.

Interesting and refreshing concept for winter in the restaurant- very well executed brunch menu- everyone enjoyed their entrees, cappuccino, and bread. One of the more unusual brunch options in north Dallas- recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at Terra. To begin the seasonal Alpina decor was so fun and welcoming, including all the servers wearing flannel. Daniel our server was welcoming and helpful with suggestions. Our meal was light and flavorful- the Branzino and the Tuna were both amazing. Just wish we didn’t live so far away!

Wry poor. We were treated like peasants because we only had appetizers and dessert. It was horrible.

Food was delicious high quality ingredients on the avocado toast. Steak and eggs juicy & tender Cacio Pepe with fresh pasta so good Room is beautiful Service impeccable. Can’t wait to go back

We have eaten at Terra several times and have had great service. Not last night when we take our son & his girlfriend there for her bday! Took long time for waitress to come over- she takes our drink orders. Comes back with bottle of wine(she can not open) for my husband & myself. No cocktails for our son or girlfriend. 30 min go by still NO cocktails. HUsband goes up to bar- bartender states he made the drinks several minutes ago and someone else must have taken them. The bartender comes to our table with their drinks and free pour of Prosecco for 4 of us with apologies for our waitress not paying attention. She is from Italy and only recently in US and Communication was difficult. Took our order and husband asked for side of Crispy Rosemary potatoes she does not understand that. Says she has to ask Chef( we order this side all the time) Comes back and says OK Chef can do that. Got the order and it was wrong-- My husband told another server about the potatoes to get right order. I ordered coffee took forever- My family had their desserts while I was still waiting- It comes out an I had told our waitress I would like creme- she said they have only milk - I say OK & yet she does not bring it with coffee. Another 20 min go by and then coffee was cold when she brought Milk!!!! Uugh! Terrible service but food was good. Our son & his girlfriend had bday party to go to and it was ordeal to get the check! Longest, worst service at Terra this time. I hope this waitress gets properly trained and learns how to open a bottle of wine too! She struggle with us and another couple we saw she could not get bottle open. Do better Terra! We came to celebrate and ended up being stressful meal!
