Please add some more affordable wine selections. One does not have to pay $100 for a great bottle of wine. Other than that I we enjoyed our dining experience.

This was my third visit to Terra. My wife and I love the food, especially their tiramisu dessert. Given that Terra costs as much as a dinner at a fine dining restaurant, I have high expectations. The food didn’t disappoint, but the service sure did. Our waitress, Brittany, was inattentive and AWOL for most of the meal. We left without ordering dessert having to ask another waiter to get us our check.

I was very disappointed with the service. We arrived early for our reservation and were seated about 15 minutes following our reservation time. We waited at the bar prior to our reservation, and the bartender was very slow with each of our two drinks (he did not appear to be making any other drinks so I am not sure why it had taken so long). Our table was very small, and our waiter did not take away the unneeded/unwanted wine glasses even when it was clear we were ordering drinks rather than wine, even when our order (which arrived on a large wooden block, taking up most of the table) arrived. I had to flag down another staff member to request the wine glasses be taken away. Out of the two sets of silverware at our table: we were missing a fork, and a knife had been warped. We did not receive a steak knife with the steak we ordered, and I was visibly sawing my meal with a regular table knife.

I have been to a few different Eatalys before, even this one (few years back), and noticed that the food quality dropped + portion size also was smaller. It was OK, but sure if it was worth $100/person.
