It was my birthday and I ask for a nice table- they tried to sit us by wait station- I said no- waiter didn't greet us first 20 mins- then he was in such a rush - never talked or asked how we were- food was not as good as I expected- peaches in app were hard- ravioli was bland- tiramisu was only highlight that waited brought- after I told him it was my bday and ordered it-coffee was hot and good and my wine was decent- would only go again for a lunch- not good for dinner.

We checked in for our reservation and were told to wait in the lounge. We waited maybe 10, no more than 15 minutes before seated. Once seated we were greeted and promptly brought water. Since it was our first time the waiter took time to explain the menu and how dishes were prepared. We ordered our wine and an appetizer and the server was eager to get our order in. The server was very attentive up until we placed our entree order. Once we ordered entrees, we did not see our server again until it was time to pay our bill. Even then, another employee came by to run the card. Should we have needed something, I’m not sure we would’ve been able to get it. The appetizer was great but portion size could use work. The entrees came and were again quite small. My pork was good, not great. The butternut squash ravioli was great and had incredible depth of flavor. For the portion and service, the prices were high. Overall we left feeling like the experience could have been much much better.

Excellent experience at Terra Eataly in Dallas. Terrific cocktails and appetizers. Presented the 32oz bone it Tomahawk for the table - a must for carnivores. The chicken entree is amazing and nice of the crowd favorites. Highly recommended.

First lunch visit in a while. Very relaxed atmoshere, service was excellent, the food delicious.

Wood/charcoal grilled food is a great idea, but if you are charring everything to the point of being overcooked and only imparting a burned flavor, then you need to work on the cooking and quality of the food. Chicken coming out with a side like jerky and steak coming out well done when it's served in a pan with coals underneath, is not correctly cooked or served.

Lovely place for a special occasion or just a casual drink & snack. Love coming here for drinks/brunch with the girls, but it was also the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to celebrate our 3 year anniversary.

What a dinner! First of all a waiter Nacho was absolutely incredible! We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and he went above and beyond to make it extra special! He took our cake and came out with it and even placed candles on it for us! He was very attentive the entire dinner! Helped with our selections and even offered up wine selections for my wife! The food was excellent and the service was the best! Will be back!
