Was very busy, food took 30-40 minutes to arrive and when it did it was only warm.

Dear Terra & Acqua Management, I recently visited your restaurant on Valentine’s Day for the first time, driving an hour and a half from Gainesville based on high expectations and your regular menu offerings. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find a significantly reduced holiday menu with inflated prices—seeing items that are normally $25 jump to $48. On top of that, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to these already inflated prices. Worse, the dish I originally intended to order, the NY strip, was not on the holiday menu. After adjusting my order to a ribeye, I was informed 15 minutes later that it was also unavailable. I then opted for chicken, only to be told five minutes later that they had run out of that as well. At that point, it became clear that the dining experience was not going to meet even basic expectations. To be clear, our server was wonderful and did her best despite the situation. She was kind, professional, and clearly trying to make the best of a frustrating situation, but it was evident that she was put in a difficult position due to the lack of available menu items. This was extremely disappointing, especially given the time and effort spent to dine at your establishment. Transparency about menu changes and availability is essential, particularly for guests traveling a long distance. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement better communication and inventory management in the future. We had been considering returning for our anniversary in March since we’d be in town, but after this experience, we’re hesitant. I would appreciate hearing how you plan to address this issue.

A Delightful Dining Experience From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The warm and inviting ambiance, paired with a friendly greeting from the host, set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. I started with an appetizer that was beautifully plated and packed with flavor. The main course was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was top-notch. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the restaurant being busy, our food arrived promptly, and we never felt rushed. To top it off, dessert was an absolute showstopper. It was a perfect balance of sweet and rich, leaving me wishing I had room for more. Overall, this restaurant delivered an outstanding experience, from the food to the service and ambiance. Whether you’re looking for a casual night out or a special occasion spot, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best pistachio cake ever! Rack of lamb was very good, too. Waitress was very attentive. Overall, it was a bit pricey though.
