Took forever to get seated even with a reservation, staff was too busy talking, joking, eating. Put us in the corner of a booth next to two small children, one in a car seat. Both appetizers showed up before our drinks. Very cool atmosphere, good food, needs to improve service.

Early lunch and sat at the bar - the restaurant hadn’t filled so it was very quiet. Order 2 nigiri - yellowtail and salmon. While sushi shouldn’t be served cold, it was over warm. I actually was sick to stomach almost immediately. Shoot! Will give them another try in the future.

All of the staff had a sense of urgency and attentiveness. The music was really loud but that didn’t bother me. The food was amazing, get the Mongolian beef or the shaking beef. The Lychee Rose cocktail was amazing too.

My husband and I went on date night to Ten Sushi. This place was a good vibe. It’s more of a girls night type of place. It was very loud inside so it was hard to have a conversation. The food was 10/10. The drinks were mid. I would most likely go back but definitely for girls night.

We recently dined at this restaurant as a group of five (four adults and a toddler) to celebrate my birthday, and our experience was incredibly disappointing. We had made a reservation online, specifically requesting a booth, and were excited for a special evening. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the restaurant’s ambiance, and the server was fantastic. We started with the cocktails and appetizers. After that we order our dinner: bunch of different sushi rolls and were excellent (we are a sushi lovers) However, we were surprised that there was no kids’ menu, forcing us to order a $30 meal for our toddler. The evening took a turn after dinner when my husband ordered two Old Fashion and dessert. About 10 minutes later, the manager approached us and informed us that another group was waiting for our table and that they couldn’t bring us the drinks or dessert due to a supposed 3-hour time limit for tables. She suggested we move to the bar, which was shocking and inconsiderate, especially since we had a toddler with us. When we asked if we could finish our drinks and dessert outside, she told us we’d have to be put on a waiting list, which made no sense given our ongoing dining experience. The manager’s handling of the situation was unprofessional, and her attitude was argumentative when we expressed our dissatisfaction. To add to the unpleasantness, her hygiene was questionable. This is not how paying guests, especially those with a bill nearing $400, should be treated. We were never informed about a time limit when we arrived, and the way we were asked to leave felt extremely disrespectful.We were so shocked!!! We understand that they are new but treating guests this way will not bring you a success!!! I would not recommend this restaurant for any special occasion, as they clearly do not know how to treat their guests properly. This was a humiliating experience, and we will not be returning.
