unfortunately the food wasn’t great. the chicken wings were all misshapen and not cut right (extra bones sticking out) and there were feathers still on one of them. we also ordered the chicken sandwich and it was cold and dry. the service was ok, but they tried to charge us for something we ordered but they said they were out of so we didn’t get it. they did at least comp the sandwich, and the drinks were good. overall probably wouldn’t come back here. 6/10

Restaurant really needs some help. Very understaffed. Likely inexperienced, or poorly trained, cooking staff who did not prepare food as expected. The staff tried to do their best, they were friendly and worked to be accommodating. However, there was just a lot of miscommunication and mishaps. Food was quite decent, just missing key ingredients (no dressing or chicken on the salad, no beans and sour cream on the nachos, no sour cream on the tacos). The appetizer came out with the entrées and one of the entrées was not what we ordered. And when I say, entrées, I mean salad, sandwiches: burgers . It is a limited menu, which is probably good because this establishment likely couldn’t handle a more extensive menu. The restaurant dining room and outside terrace were at less that half occupancy. There were a couple of larger private parties in the catered venue rooms, so it should have been much smoother service. This could be a really great place. Some money, time and effort needs to be put into this place to make it a successful restaurant that will draw repeat customers. There has to be some major flaws in the whole set up and processes. Please - someone come and help this place or take it over. It’s one of the few places on the water in the city. I would love to see it be successful.

We left five minutes after we arrived. The place was filthy. Tables and chairs hadn’t been wiped down, food was on the floor, and the landscape was overgrown and full of weeds. Can’t speak to the food because we left before ordering any.

Sat for 45 minutes with no service or acknowledgment… AC didn’t work…. Several things on the menu were unavailable…. Something was even wrong with the Coke and after waiting forever, had to send it back! Gone here for years and have had at least 3 major private events there at great expense! Something is very wrong and different🫢🥴😢😠🤯🤬

We sat for 20 minutes and nobody came to our table, Even after asking for service. So we left. It was dirty and nobody there. No staff on. Will never go there again

I was extremely surprised, I went on yelp to see the reviews and was scared to come here , but let me tell you, we were here for father day and the food was on point, supper cheap and the service was excellent, the view was pretty. Our server Allison was fast , friendly, with a great attitude. We went to the bar and had a drink after our lunch and bumped into a British guy who was the manager and loved the positive energy from him and the staff . Do yourself a favor don’t listen to these other people, this place is great, cheap with good people working there.

Not great. First, we were chastised by our initial server for not waiting to be seated by the host(which we were). We moved inside as there wasn’t sufficient shade on a very hot day. Then our food came out haphazardly. My husband finished his main course before we got our appetizers and my main course (which all came out together). Our server was friendly and professional, but whatever was going on behind the scenes was chaos. We waited almost an hour to get food. The atmosphere was terrible. Paper plates and cocktail napkins for the appetizers. Outdated decor. Won’t be returning.
