Food here is always good. Loved the cauliflower and artichoke dish. Cannot go wrong with the paella. Their octopus is also done right! Our server was nice but slow. Not on top of water and took a while to run my card and bring it back. We brought our kids. Was surprised they did not offer kid friendly cups even though they have high chairs.

I have been to this Los Gatos location many times, mostly in the outdoor patios area. This review is for my latest visit that we seated indoors. Good: Cocktails: Had different Gin&Tonic and also few Mocktail. We love the drinks, good portion, tasty, and presentation. Bad: It's really noisy inside. In a small 4-guests table, we can hardly hear the conversion across the table. Really Bad: Tomahawk was really disappointing. I embarrassed myself by telling my guests about this place has great Tomahawk. - It's COLD. The meat is cold, the pan is cold, below body temp, really hard to swollen cold meat. - It's FAT. I shaved off a full bowl of fat, unbelievable. And the restaurant pre-charge 20% tips. I disapprove this approach. Will not go back to this place for a while until I forget this unpleasant experience.

The food and service was very good and I will definitely continue to dine here. Just one feedback. We were seated outside in the evening around 5.30PM. Couple of seats at our table ended up with direct sun and it got very hot quickly. The older folks seated at that table just could not deal with the heat. It would be nice if the umbrellas could be adjusted to block some of the direct sun. An outdoor fan to get the air moving would go a long way. We did request the staff to adjust the umbrellas to block the sun but they said they could not. But for this inconvenience, everything was wonderful! Thank you.

Delicious food, but small portions even for tapas and quite spendy. Crab croquettes were amazizng. 2 on a plate and each was two bites. Lobster paella was pretty good. Couldn't find the octopus that should have been there though. Was it minced up? Dishes such as the potatoes brava were tasty but were served in a really awkward serving dish. Might want to rethink that. Sangria was delicious but it tasted watery - no detection of alcohol whatsoever. Was I accidentally served a virgin drink? Note that while Teleferic states a 2 hour maximum for a table, we arrived early and had to wait over 20 minutes for our table. Should be impossible if they are actively monitoring their own policy. 20% added to the bill automatically for a 'service charge' but if you read the menu's fine print, they don't consider this a tip. Totally confusing! Pay your employees decent wages! You should be able considering how expensive the food it. Does Teleferic actually believe people will tip another 20% on top of this for a total of a 40% service charge?

My wife and I go here frequently their spicy sangria is amazing and we love all the tapas here. My favorites are pulpo, patatas bravas and tuna tacos.

The servers forgot our order, forgot our drinks, didn’t bring us all ordered appetizers. The restaurant is amazing and food is good. Beautiful place. Just wasn’t a great experience due to the inexperienced servers.
