Made reservations for my birthday with a large party. We arrive 10-15 mins early and checked in. They stated that they would get the table ready and call us in shortly. Our reservation time arrived and they still did not have our table ready. After 20 minutes they called us in for our table. We get to the table and they set settings for 7 people in a table setting made for 6, with three tables that are meant for 2 people each. We let them know that the reservation was made for 8. They pushed the tables together and added a chair on each end, and the person sitting at the end kept getting people bumped into them as wait staff walked by. They did not wipe the table from the previous meal so we had to ask them to wipe the table. As they wiped the table they spilled all of food onto the benches of where we were supposed to sit. After a total of 40 minutes of waiting we were finally able to sit, 25 minutes past the actual reservation time. Our waiter was good at recommending portions for our large group. However, I did spot him bragging about the amount of tip he would be getting to other wait staff right next to our table which I thought was inappropriate given the extremely sloppy beginning to our reservation. But hey, the auto gratuity probably helps them given the service is so terrible. They “made up” the delay by giving us churros but we had brought our own cake which they took a while to get for us after we had finished eating. Due to all the delays we ended up being the last table and clearly we were getting ready to leave as we had already closed out our bill but rather than approaching us and talking to us they shut off all the lights. I thought it was rude. Regardless, we came for the food. The tapas were great, the greens and signature drinks were great. The Wellington was decent. The lobster paella was dried out, filled about a quarter of the pan. Not much lobster in it at all which was a major disappointment. Overall, I won’t be coming back.

Terrific dining experience! Wonderful service and creative culinary approach to Catalan cuisine. I'll definitely be returning.

Tapas just like in Barcelona. The best Sangria in town. Paella delicious adventure. Great location easy to park and the view soo good 👍

Great food, great service. No complaints! Many of the vegetable dishes are better than the meat ones, imo!

We went tonite for a birthday and loved everything. We had the grilled bread with tomato spread and chorizo butter, a beautiful plate of Jamon Iberico, and shared the paella and it was all amazing. Very lively with great ambiance.

Our first time at Telefèric Barcelona and were very happy with our dinner. Our waiter was great and very attentive. We ordered about 5 different tapas and a paella which was plenty for 4 people. The cocktails were perfect and the sangria great! There were a lot of people there for a Sunday evening though thankfully we got there early. Be sure to make reservations! We will be back!

The food and service were both very good. The staff works very hard to make sure you are having a nice experience. The restaurant vibe is excellent.

The restaurant is new and has a nice ambiance, but it feels like that’s what you're primarily paying for. While the food was good, it wasn't spectacular. The service could use significant improvement. When we first arrived, the staff was very attentive, but once our food was served, it felt like we were forgotten. The bussers were actually more attentive than our server, who only checked on us after learning we had ordered from the staff clearing the tables. Since they are new, they definitely need to put more effort into their service, especially considering the food was mediocre. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic; I noticed some employees working on laptops to my right and others using tablets to my left while I was having an early dinner with my family. This cluttered environment detracted from the restaurant’s look, ambiance, and overall vibe. I observed one of the servers about to deliver a dish to a table when she suddenly stopped, possibly because she noticed something was wrong with the plates. She took the dish back to the kitchen, and a man there looked at it, touched it with his bare hand, and made a gesture that seemed to indicate it was fine and back to the table the food went. I’m sorry, but if I’m spending over $300 at your restaurant, I would expect all your staff to know basic food safety. It’s important to teach them that touching someone’s food without gloves is unacceptable. I really wanted to love this place, but I don't think I would return again.
