My recent dining experience was disappointing. The dining area was so dim that we needed our phone flashlights to read the menu, and when we asked for better lighting, the server was unhelpful. Although the Fire Marshal advised against real candles without a permit, it was surprising the restaurant hadn’t provided battery-operated alternatives. Other issues: •The soup was overly salty and had to be sent back. •Discrepancies on the bill, including an upcharge on drinks that didn’t match the menu price, which they only fixed when we pointed it out. (e.g., a $16 drink appeared as $18 on the check) •Our check also included items we didn’t order but were served, which we ultimately had to pay for. •The manager’s response to our concerns felt scripted and dismissive, giving the impression they’re indifferent to customer satisfaction. On a positive note, the spicy margaritas and fajitas were good, and they serve beer in chilled pint glasses. I’ve enjoyed this place before, but after this visit, I won’t be returning. Plenty of other options in the area value their customers more.

Quality of the food does not match the price range. We ordered the shrimp with bacon and it was very dry. Plus it should be clarified that there is going to be an 18 dollar up charge for the rice and beans. Cocktails were great but when we went do the terrace there was very strong smell of tobacco every where.

O-m-g! This is probably one of the best meals I have ever had. Still dreaming about it. Every bit of it was amazing. Only critique is they need lighting on the tables. Can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town.

Placed our orders right away, took forever for food to arrive and forgot the elotes which they said was because they have too many guests and kitchen is running behind. Took an hour to get elotes and then we tried to order more food since that was just appetizers and we wanted the Tuna tartare because that was the yummiest thing we ordered and they said they ran out of tuna. Mushrooms had no flavors, potatoes were made with meat which wasn’t listed on menu. The guacamole had no lemon or salt just tastes like avocado.

First time here and last. Our reservation was at 7:45pm and we stood at the hostess stand for 10 min waiting for someone to greet us and several people were waiting behind us out the door. Service was super slow. We were told we had to order our appetizers, main course and drinks all at the same time but the appetizers would be first. Well our food came out at the same time so it was a waste of an appetizer. Waiter forgot the beer we ordered as well as our sides ,the espresso martini was pure liquor and burned when sipped. Waiter never checked up on us when the food runner brought our food. We never even saw a dessert menu so did not get to see what the options were. Waiters constantly bumping into my chair because the tables were close together. Food was not warm either. Very mid and very disappointing for the price we paid

Our first time here. Party of 2. We arrived on time for our reservation at 7:45pm. Our server was nice and provided good service. We have a couple of drinks and a couple of entrees. We then ordered the flaming skull dessert. This dessert was the whole reason for us trying this restaurant. At 9pm, after 20mins of not getting our dessert, a staff member came to our table and told us our reservation was over and they needed the space for a party of 8 that was coming in. We were confused and told him we were still waiting for our dessert. He walked away. I spoke to the nearest staff member and asked if they could help me get my check, because I no longer want the dessert and I just want to leave. 5 mins later the manager came over and apologized, with dessert and offered it for free. We declined because of the long wait and being told we were no longer welcome. I paid the check and left. Disappointing. I was really looking forward to a special night at this restaurant.

I noted this was my wife’s birthday dinner and that wasn’t acknowledged AT all. The arrachera that we shared/ordered was mainly all fat and no meat. The waiter came around very rarely that I couldn’t even complain about the meal. By the time they came around we were already ready to go.
