Horrible first time experience. We choose your restaurant for our wedding anniversary and it was a horrible unpleasant dinner. First our table atmosphere felt very uncomfortable With so close tables. Then, out table was wobbly and leaving forward and we asked the server if we cna be moved to a table that was stable and he said he can jsut put something under to make it stop. We then asked if we can be moved to another table and he moved us so I don’t know if that made our server be unpleasant to us. He spent explain the menu so in we were lost on it even after we told him. Don’t ask if it was our first time, don’t ask to explain the menu or go over it. We had to take info out of his mouth. I didn’t even order a beverage in the end as it felt not worth enjoying it there. My husband’s plate was an appetizer and server didn’t even let us know. No refill on my husbands Coke. It was just unpleasant. Our server didn’t care to be a welcoming server.

Food was average for the price. We did the family dining option so maybe that was our issue. Service was poor. Took forever to bring the check when asked. Cleared the table and brought the next course without ever bringing my wife another set of silverware. Good thing I didn’t need a new set. We were able to share my fork. Let’s just say if they it’s a good thing they automatically added the 18% tip.

It is dark and candlelit and the ambience is great for date night. We ordered the trio ceviche and I can’t say I was impressed. It was $28 for 3 very small servings of 3 different ceviche. One was soaked in coconut milk, which was sweet and not what I like in ceviche. The other had octopus and had a shrimp cocktail style sauce on it, nothing spectacular. The other one was tuna and personally I did not like it. We also ordered the guacamole and the avocado in it tasted like avocado when they start going bad. If you e eaten avocado all your life, it is a very distinct taste. So for a restaurant to serve it that way was very disappointing. I ordered the rice, can’t remember the name, it has pork meat and shrimp and veggies. It was good and was a huge serving, enough to share. My husband ordered the Arrachera meat and he had no complaints. I ordered a Don Quijote drink based on the ingredient description and I did not like it. My husband ordered the Mezcal with the Espresso drink and although you could taste the Espresso, the Mezcal was too strong and overpowered the whole taste. But hands down my favorite drink and the best I’ve had EVER was “Deséame”! So delicious! It was sweet but not too sweet and a bit fruity and creamy and had enough alcohol in it to pack a punch. Overall it is a good date night restaurant. We only had dinner and didn’t experience the rooftop. The you get crowd started to come for the rooftop. They check everybody’s ID at the door. Even ours, just for dinner. We had to valet as they are located right off the street.

Went for our anniversary. Service and ambiance were great. Food was a little lacking for the price in my opinion. But they gave us free champagne and a dessert cookie
