Steaks outstanding and the accompaniments. Didn't have a starter or desert. The service was good once we got an experienced server. Children's menu was shown online but not available in the restaurant; however, the server offered a suitable option. Restaurant was very quiet Despite difficulty booking on line. Overall I would recommended it for any steak lover.

The food was good, However, the service was awful. It took forever for our waiter to greet us at our table and bring our food out. We never received our desserts and therefore had to request it be removed from the bill prior to payment. Also, the bathroom was unsanitary and disgusting, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent top quality bison meat that is flown directly from Canada and well prepared. Really ace with regard to meat quality and frankly prices are commensurate with quality and not way above traditional steak houses in London that can be pretty mediocre. Service is great friendly professional and fun. Thumb down to location and ambiance that are a bit mmhh off and tacky! But again delicious bison meat. A treat.

Don’t get me wrong, the steak was good, not the best I’ve had, but it was good … but this restaurant is hell bent on emptying your bank account. Two course meal for two people with one cocktail each: £185! Bottle of sparking water:£11. By the way, we did not have caviar of the Royal Wagyu in case you were wondering. My advice to you, when a restaurant is empty when you arrive at 18:00, leave.

We appreciate your feedback in regards to our pricing. We pride ourselves in providing high end products at a reasonable price. Prices for all our dishes are shown in the menu we also have some special offers that can be seen on the outdoor advert board on the main road as well as small little inserts that are on each table showing these special offers. We appreciate that the pricing may not be appropriate for all but we try or best with our set menu and special offers to accommodate everyone.

The good. The Canadian Bison and the rack of lamb are probably the best steak and lamb i have ever had. Service was very attentive and friendly. The not so good. When i choose somewhere to eat, i look at the menu online to get an idea of what i want. The menu online is out of date and the actual menu is missing several items, including several main courses. One of which was my first choice. When we arrived, the desk had no record of my booking. I showed the text message and email i had received to confirm the booking. so i was asked to write my name down so they had a record of it. Not very professional. But i would go back for the food! My husband and I visited for what we thought would be a nice relaxing Sunday evening dinner in our neighbourhood as we live nearby. But we immediately regretted the decision. The restaurant was completely empty (and we should have walked away upon seeing this). It was cold inside and there was barely any staff. We ordered a bottle of prosecco which took quite a long time to arrive, and were charged £40 for a bottle of Canti that we suspected they had ran and purchased at the Tesco next door. Booze is always highly marked up, but at least have a brand on hand where the customer doesn't know it cost £8 at Tesco. The waitress didn't even pour the prosecco; she brought the bottle and we had to pour ourselves. The appetizers were presented well and tasted average. The mains (steak and lamb) and sides were very average; my lamb was barely room temp which meant I had to eat it quickly so I didn't have to eat cold lamb. £220 for an average dinner with a bottle of cheap super market prosecco (oh and £10 for a bottle of still water!!!) is just absurd. We eat at Michelin star / high end restaurants fairly regularly that cost £500+ for two people so this isn't an issue with price. I have just never felt more ripped off in terms of food quality, environment, service, overall experience. Avoid this insanely overpriced place with average food!!!
