At Tavola, we’ve set a table for the whole family that is both welcoming and delicious. Located at BridgeWay Station, Mauldin’s new town center, Tavola is truly a feast for the eyes with its Italian countryside-inspired architecture and cuisine. Executive Chef Beau Owens delivers authentic, crave-worthy dishes with robust bowls of scratch-made pastas made daily, the best focaccia bread, small and shareable plates of arancini, classic meatballs, and clams oreganata plus the finest cuts of steaks, chops and seafood.

Overall, I had a great experience both times that I’ve been here. That said, I ordered the hand pulled mozzarella d’oro as an appetizer both times and sadly, the second time - it was a bit deflated and less appetizing. The first time, it was pillowy and delightful versus the last time, it was rather flat and lifeless. On a positive note, the Spaghetti carbonara was absolutely outstanding!!! Overall, I definitely recommend. I just think that they are working through the kinks that all new restaurants face.

We loved our entire meal from beginning to end. Great ambience. Great cocktails. Food was just amazing. No weak dish. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant has a contemporary look to it and that is nice , but it was very bright! I feel that you need lights but they can be dimmed a bit to make the ambiance cozier. Our server was good, the appetizers were delicious but our entrees not so good, it was disappointing because the appetizers were so good so you expect the entrees to be as good but definitely not. Our pasta dishes needed more flavor. The desserts were good but nothing crazy. I would still go back but for drinks and appetizers and perhaps try other dishes that are not pastas. Again, this is my perspective, but I would recommend for you to try it for yourself ! Thanks!

Delicious food and warm, authentic hospitality. We ordered the arancini and autumn panzanella, and they were both so unique. The truffle honey with the arancini was a surprising twist on old favorite. For mains we ordered the potato gnocchi and the chicken Parmesan. The gnocchi was paired with braised lamb and was really inviting and not overdone. Great for someone who doesn’t like a lot of spice, but likes garlic. The chicken parm was really bright. I think it was the salsa verde. We both ate every bite of our dishes. Then we had a shot of espresso, a cappuccino, tiramisu, and raspberry-lemon sorbet to round off the night. The tiramisu was light and accompanied by toffee crumble and the sorbet had a strong flavor of limoncello, so my fiancée loved it. The cappuccino was fully on point—no additions necessary. Alyssa was our server and I cannot say enough good things about her. Just a good soul who wants you to have the best experience. Kyle, I think he is the front of house manager, also made a pit stop to present our wine. He was really nice too. We weren’t rushed and the terrace is beautiful. It felt like we were in a cozy Italian village (aside from the football playing on the big screen down below) because this was right after hurricane Helena came through, so all of the lights of the city were sparse. A unique, peaceful feeling in our bustling, growing city.

Kyle and our server Amanda were awesome. We weren’t able to get more of your delicious Arancini since you ran out. The pasta dishes were delicious. We can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu.

We loved it! Our server was very knowledgeable about the food and restaurant. We loved his suggestions and felt very well taken care of. We definitely reccomend the focaccia and the limoncello was a nice touch! We will be back.we

We found this brand new restaurant during its soft opening and decided to try it. I am glad we did. Andrew our server made menu and drink suggestions that turned out to be wonderful. Ken the manager checked in on all of the guest’s including us. This was definitely a restaurant for grown-ups. I could have a conversation with my husband without competing with loud music or poor acoustics.

So happy I was able to check this place out ahead of the grand opening. Everything was beautiful, food was delicious and the service was perfect.
