At Tavola, we’ve set a table for the whole family that is both welcoming and delicious. Located at BridgeWay Station, Mauldin’s new town center, Tavola is truly a feast for the eyes with its Italian countryside-inspired architecture and cuisine. Executive Chef Beau Owens delivers authentic, crave-worthy dishes with robust bowls of scratch-made pastas made daily, the best focaccia bread, small and shareable plates of arancini, classic meatballs, and clams oreganata plus the finest cuts of steaks, chops and seafood.

Food is delicious and the presentation is beautiful. Sitting at the counter and watching the chef was a nice added bonus. Highly recommend!

Frankly we were expecting an intimate Italian restaurant for Valentine's Day. Definitely not intimate, but that's not your fault. Just not the vibe we were looking for - too open, high ceiling'd and noisy. But the food was fantastic, and Matt, our server, was super nice and helpful.

Cool ambience, fantastic service, fun (if a bit tight) sitting at the counter with the cooks in action. Ken the manager dropped in to see how we were liking it and listened to our thoughts, which itself is above and beyond. My lady had the veal and I had chicken parmesan and spaghetti carbonara. I have to say, at this price point - and based on reviews - I expected exceptional food. It wasn't bad at all but it also wasn't close to genuine Italian. Specifically, carbonara doesn't get garlic nor Parmesan crisps. And I tasted no evidence there were actually eggs in it. The parmesan was a tad under-salted and the sauce a little bland. My GF enjoyed her veal. I'll go back again, probably, and try something else, but again, at that price point, I had hoped for something much closer to real Italian dishes. Having said all that, the service was excellent, my cocktail perfect, and the wines very good.

We had a wonderful evening at Tavola celebrating with friends for an early Valentines. The service was top notch. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection. The atmosphere was fun, modern ,and energetic. Great place for a date night or meet with friends. I noticed they have outdoor seating as well, during the summer months it will be beautiful with an outdoor bar as well all on the second floor overlooking the Tuscan style village. I wouldn't recommend brining children, there is not a kids menu and just not a place for kids in my opinion. Best stake I have had in many many years! All the dishes are made from scratch. We absolutely will be back!

Beautiful location, the food and wine were amazing. I had the filet cooked to a perfect medium as asked. The tiramisu was the perfect balance not too sweet but just the right amount. The service was amazing, my waiter was delightful.

My wife's dish WHOLE BRANZINO, was very good. My dish CHICKEN PARMESAN was just average. The past was not quite home made, italian. The service was very good.

Service was outstanding. Very accommodating on a busy night. Anxious to try the outside seating once the weather warms up. Food was very good.

Absolutely a fine dining experience. The service was second to none. We met friends that we haven’t seen in years. Our server, James, let us have our time to enjoy each other and not make us feel pressured to put in our order. Amazing attention to detail. Great service. We will be back.
