This reservation allows for dining within the following time frames of: 1-2 guests up to 2 hours 3-4 guests up to 2 hours and 30 minutes If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, we reserve the right to adjust your reservation time or dining time frame if necessary. Food quality is lovely, there were several things that were absolutely delicious but the portion sizes are very small for the price. The tables in the rear dining room are rather close together, and if you are seated next to a loud party, as we were, it is difficult to hear each other. The servers were wonderful and very knowledgeable, but slightly discombobulated with all of the hubbub of the holiday meal. Will likely go back, but would probably request one of the outdoor pods so as to not be sitting next to another party. Fun place for a date, the overall ambience is pretty despite the volume.

One of our favorite places, but not this time. Booked over a month ago and were seated right next to a door to the outside/igloo tables. The constant in and out to outside kept a steady stream of cold air on top of us. Kept my coat on the whole meal and wished I had a blanket for my feet. Most others near us also wore coats. My pasta was good, but husband’s Osso Bucco was rather tough and not great flavor.

We usually love tavernetta for their great wine selection and Italian style dishes. This time we were a little underwhelmed. While some of the dishes were fine, we were mostly dissatisfied with the osso bucco (was extremely dry), tagliatelle (went a little overboard with the celery this time) and the zeppole (which were cold with a nonappetizing sauce). It was Christmas Eve so we are willing to give it a pass but it wasn’t the experience we were used to. Nothing really came out hot either so that was a bummer.

Amazing experience! Started with the prosciutto, a pinot grigio, and had the tagliatelle, followed by the torta. It was all so wonderful! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft! Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.

Was hoping for better quality of food for the price. Desert seems like it was wrapped in cellophane for a while and cake got exposed to air…seemed stale. There is also a 2.5% health and wellness fee…. I asked if employees get offered healthcare…yes. Then what is this? the guy told me it goes towards wine and food premiums. I think of it as part of the tip so I just took that 2.5% away from my overall tip.

Third time at tavernetta and I still enjoy it, but this time did not live up to how I remembered it. The share plates were really great- carpaccio and burrata were very yummy. But the pasta dishes we got were disappointing. The pasta special was the best- it was rolled lasagna type dish. The gnocchi was okay, but incredibly cabbage forward in flavor despite a creamy nice sauce… and the lobster Tagliatelle was actually undercooked and had probably 4-5 very small pieces of lobster… again, disappointing for $30+ nearly 40 a dish. However, the eggnog was really great. Will likely be back another time, but unfortunately not nearly as good as I remembered my experiences from 2021 and 2022 and going to take this off of my “love it” rotation :(

Came in for our anniversary and have to say the food and service was top of the line, our waiter Isaac made sure that the table was clean and full of good throughout drinks our whole dinner, also gave us some great recommendations to pair wines with our food . In terms of ambiance conversations tend to overlap between tables a little bit, but the overall feel of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, like a hug. Will be coming back!
