Tavern in the Square East Greenwich Restaurant is located at 1000 Division Street in the East Greenwich Square complex. Right off exit 24 A Route 95 highway. Surrounded by Dave's Fresh Market, Vaughn Cemetary. This location offers an open floor plan with a 60-seat bar. We feature 29 beers on draft, craft cocktails, and delicious food created by our culinary team and executed in our scratch kitchen. Tavern East Greenwich features a patio as well as a full open-air environment when weather permits. If you are a sports fan, we have you covered with 17 TVs located throughout the restaurant. This is a phenomenal spot to celebrate a special occasion or just meet up with friends for an incredible dining experience.

We found the food, drinks and service all excellent. We want to especially commend the management for offering a free meal to veterans on Veterans Day. This was very generous, with choice of the menu. Our dinner with another veteran couple was a very enjoyable experience. Though the Viet Nam war was many years ago, at the time when service members returned, no efforts were made to thank or reward them. So this recognition of the value of their service was much appreciated. Thank you!

We went on Veterans Day. Lots of people but still great service and great food. The waitress was right on the ball. Can't say enough good things about our experience today.

Faith was very attentive. Food was very good. Adding chicken to a salad is a little pricey.

We had brunch on Sunday and it was such a good experience. The service was ok. The food was very good. Noise levels ok. Great menu with lunch and breakfast items. We'll be back!

Food is always great as well as the staff. I just wish they wouldn’t have the vents blowing down on you while you’re eating. This has happened a couple times when we ate there. It made it uncomfortable to stay. We had to ask both times to be moved. Once they were able to accommodate us. The 2nd time they couldn’t. They did try to regulate it but it didn’t work.

The service was slow, and the drinks were not prepared well. Had to send one back as it was not drinkable. Other people that arrived after us got their food before us. The Cranston restaurant in Garden City is a better choice

Server was very inattentive, had to ask for things multiple times. Asked for water rec’d one glass instead of three no ice. Service was also incredibly slow. Disappointing since Tavern is one of our favorite non waterfront restaurants…

Sophia C our server was awesome! She was vey friendly, explained the specials, and was very accommodating. My son arrived after us and we order lots of food, appetizers, salad and dinners, so our table get full. Sophia kept it neat and organized. A sheer pleasure to deal with. Truly an asset to your restaurant!
