                              I dined alone at Tatlers on a rainy Wednesday evening, staying at a hotel nearby, between visits to friends. This doesn’t sound like a great recipe for memorable night out perhaps, but I can honestly say that this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had this year. I ate three top-class courses and sampled their wine list to accompany each one. Langoustine taco, venison with blackberry sauce and pavlova with raspberry sorbet: all excellent with locally sourced ingredients and very attentive service. Tatlers was an institution ‘back in the day’ but now returned under new management with cuisine at a whole new level. Highly recommended! The lunchtime set menu looks like great value too, though I haven’t had a chance to sample this yet.

                              We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Tatlers. The setting is lovely and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The food was also delicious and beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend and look.forward to trying the evening menu.

                              A warm welcome on arrival, coats taken, shown to our table. Plenty of time to decide on a drink, again on the food order - and when we were not yet ready, there was absolutely no issue with taking our time. Ordered the filet steak and the venison - superbly cooked, totally delicious, just the right amount of sides/jus/greens. Nice ambience, table not so close to the next table that you could hear every word, everything was very tasteful. And a pleasure to chat with the Chef afterwards and talk through the food and where it originated - Norfolk - staying local. The best.

                              What an absolutely beautiful restaurant! The food was beautifully prepared and presented, the ambiance allowed you to have a conversation……this is definitely a restaurant that I will go back to. Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable .

                              We were a party of 10 celebrating my sister’s 60th birthday and had an amazing lunchtime at Tatlers. The food was all delicious, the friendly staff and great service were all excellent. We can’t recommend Tatlers enough!

                              Had a wonderful meal last night at Tatlers in Norwich. from the Starters to the Desert, the presentation was great and the flavours were delicious. My faith in being able to obtain a decent Steak in the UK have been restored, the fillet steak was tender and cooked to perfection, down to the quality of the Beef and the skill of the Chef. The Staff were very friendly and helpful with information about where the ingredients are obtained, which is mainly local.
