A Unique Culinary Experience Focused on Quality, Classics & Creativity
Tasting House offers a unique experience that reflects global culinary & wine excellence with a bit of adventure.
Award-winning Executive Chef, Julian Silvera, crafts a globally influenced menu that balances sophistication with creativity, using hyper-locally sourced ingredients for the A la carte menu & his 15-course tasting menu. Thoughtful wine parings are recommended for each menu item, enhancing flavors of both the food and wine (think 1+1=3). With 65+ wines offered by the glass 1,000 by the bottle, guests have the option to try wines they may not have experienced previously. The chef's tasting menu combined with the extensive by the glass wine list creates a sense of adventure atmosphere. The space evokes the charm of a European wine bistro. Candlelight and live jazz set the stage for an unforgettable experience. Children are welcome on the patio. Bistro & Champagne Bar seat adults only.

    We attended Julian's tribute to NYC last night and the vibe and energy started at the entrance. It made me feel like i was stepping into a Subway station including a Metro ticket to enter. The Menu, hand written "next stop" with supporting art on the back of a Metro map, was his expression of his favorite childhood foods so he took us through a food venture which was so delicious. And the presentation was so fun! Like the Chinese dumplings presented in a Chinese take out box delivered in the classic "Thank You" take out bag. The lox and bagels were delivered in the traditional take out brown paper bag. The staff was dressed for the occasion and the amazing food, presentations, and music made the evening so much fun and entertaining! Julian's tribute to NYC will be the talk of the town! I'll try to never miss a special Menu event from Julian! I hope he has more of them!

    This is a beautiful restaurant with exceptional service, fun concept, and a unique menu. I really can’t complain about anything. The only critique I have is that the menu could better explain and describe the food. What I envisioned was not what came to the table on a few dishes but they were all very good. 5 star date night restaraunt, 4 stars simply due to the fact that the menu could be improved.

    Food was excellent. Like its name says, the menu is set up for “tastes” until you get to the main course. The small plates really are small, not meant to be shared unless everyone takes a bite of the item. The mains were generous and could be shared. Pairing suggestions were good. Wine was pricey but I loved the 3oz pour option if doing several for the pairings. Live music was a fun bonus but made the restaurant bar area very loud. Overall a wonderful meal.

    I thought the waiter was at times overly attentive to the point of being annoying to completely disappearing and not being there when we actually needed something. We ordered the wine pairing with our entree but the entree came and the wine showed up long after the dish arrived, which defeats the point of a wine pairing. Overall, I thought some of the flavors were amazing but I wouldn't come back.

    We loved the delicious and beautifully presented food. Highly recommend the beef carpaccio. The best we've ever tasted! We loved it paired with the recommended Brunello. The lobster raviolo is amazing and was perfect with the suggested white burgundy. The table side Dover Sole was elegantly presented and just perfect and the sauce was delicious. The service was outstanding. Friendly and attentive. Knowledgable and professional. The live music was the perfect touch. This continues to be our favorite restaurant. Lovely.

    My husband and I love this place. The chef Julian is Soo incredibly creative! Everything is always a great adventure there. Can’t wait for a little warmer weather to sit outside.
