Our sun-drenched outdoor deck provides the perfect setting for our customers and fellow food aficionados to enjoy a taste of Forestway. Enjoy an early morning brekkie or power lunch, or treat the kids to some afternoon tea. *Unfortunately, we cannot take same-day bookings. Bookings are only necessary for tables of 4 and above. Always book a table so you don't miss out on busy days. The staff were great, very attentive and quick to clear the tables. It's noisy as the kids play area is right alongside the deck but overall, it's a great local place for a variety of meals and good service.

Great family and dog friendly cafe at the best fruit and vegetable and mixed groceries and food market anywhere on the supper north shore. The staff are wonderful, the food is always tasty and served with a smile. The coffee and pastries are excellent. Now with wine by the glass and bottled beers, plus wine available from inside the shop, served at your table, it adds a little finesse to a celebratory or casual occasion.

Pleasant, casual dining experience. Having to go o the counter to place order and to pay is a negative.

Experience was spoilt by arrival of a number of large dogs, one of which jumped up and licked my 80 yo sisters face and then continued to bark at other dogs. One other dog behind me then became agitated and continued bumping my seat. None of the owners seemed willing or able to control their (large) dogs. I’m a dog owner but this was not tolerable. Also some staff didn’t appear to know what a short black was. Very disappointing morning.

Lovely staff but very noisy. Another group had taken our RESERVED table which was very rude.

Great venue with good service. Food options are adequate although less than some rivals. Only downside is if you don’t like dogs at table next to you. Personally I don’t.

Unfortunately being under the covered area and the fact that it was so busy we found it noisy. We were a table of 6 and some people couldn’t hear conversation.

It was excellent. Only thing you could improve was ordering - it was busy and the cashier was friendly and chatty which gave it a great vibe but a second cashier may have helped. Great place - food was excellent. Thank you.
